It's a godsend for those who prefer a firm mattress. I absolutely love it! From now on, whenever I travel or go on business in Beitun, I'll only sleep in the City Star Hotel's beds. It's sooooo comfortable!

The room is clean, well-equipped, and has good soundproofing. I slept until noon and didn't go for breakfast. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I would just remind friends who travel early to leave 5-10 minutes for the deposit refund. This is something I suggest you improve.

Check-in at the hotel front desk was super fast, and check-out was express with no room inspection, which was really convenient for us since we were in a hurry. The hotel staff were warm and thoughtful, and even helped us with our luggage. The location is great, right on the pedestrian street with free shared rides, which is super convenient. Parking is convenient. There are many restaurants across the street. Although the hotel is only three stories high, it still has an elevator for easy access. From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it.
