The hotel we stayed at this time truly embodied thoughtfulness in its service. It felt so good to have chosen the right place! At around 8 PM, the front desk proactively contacted us to ask about our estimated arrival time, making us feel valued from the start. I heard the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so no matter how late we arrive, someone will be there to meet us. Our room was already reserved, so we didn't have to worry at all. What impressed me most was the warmth of the details: knowing we had a lot of luggage, someone was there to help us carry it all the way, so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Before we left, we casually mentioned concerns about running out of gas, and they immediately went out of their way to help. Although we arrived safely without any trouble, their proactive approach to sharing our concerns was truly heartwarming. We arrived a little late and thought there would be no food, but we were surprised to find that the hotel still had food. We were the only table there, but the staff were not impatient at all and provided warm service throughout the entire meal, making it a truly wonderful experience. After dinner, the front desk lady personally escorted us to our room, offering to help with our belongings and providing thoughtful guidance along the way. Even more surprising was that we originally booked two villas and one standard king-size room with a view, but the front desk specifically called to ask if they could upgrade the standard rooms to villas free of charge, allowing all of us to stay in the same villa. It was a truly amazing experience! This thoughtful and caring hotel is highly recommended and I'll definitely choose this place next time I visit!

Great style and ideal location. Hotel nicely designed throughout in ******* style. I had a spacious and comfortable room (see picture). Extended my stay twice. Not a run-of-the-mill standard hotel. Ideal location: easily reachable from the G317 bypassing ‘downtown’ traffic, yet only about 250m (just up the street) to the main street with shops and people strolling. (No other top-range hotel has such an ideal location, many of the better hotels are 1-2km from the center.) Large courtyard with ample parking. Very quiet at night, yet close to the nightly dance square and buzzling night area / main street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel environment and cleanliness were good, and there was an oxygen concentrator. The lobby had a coffee machine, water, and sugar. They even offered glucose water to guests experiencing altitude sickness. I would normally definitely give a good review, but I find it hard to understand why they asked for a room upgrade at check-in, complained about poor guest service, said online reviews weren't related to staff, and that Huazhu Group wasn't affiliated with Ctrip. Since online reviews are irrelevant to your hotel, I can confidently leave a review.

Pros: The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which included a living room. The room was spacious, and the sofa was comfortable for relaxing or working. Free parking was very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful. Laundry services were also available. Cons: Some facilities needed repair, such as the main door, which had poor sound insulation, warped edges, and made a rattling noise every time it was opened. There were no charging outlets on the sofa in the suite's living room.

The hotel we stayed in this time was great. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft, and I slept soundly. The front desk lady was very friendly and responded to any questions immediately. The location was also very convenient. It's close to shopping and dining, and I would choose this hotel again next time. Just cross the street and you'll reach the King Gesar City Scenic Area. About a kilometer up the road is the White Pagoda Park. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I come.

There is a problem with the floor of the room, which may be related to the long-term use of floor heating. I can't see the snow-capped mountains on the 3rd floor, I am very disappointed. Breakfast is OK and the buns are delicious. There is no food around, not too far to eat in the town center, very close to Genbuxia Ancient Street, you can visit the old residence where Zhu De lived during the Long March. The door is digging a ditch, it is estimated that the environment can be better after repairing. The clerk will take the initiative to help with the luggage and see the parking. This is great.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Five-star review! Cleanliness, service, environment, and price were all excellent. Especially the receptionists, Baima and Cuochu, were very patient and had excellent attitudes. The security guards were also very welcoming; the security guard even helped with my luggage. As I stepped into the room, I was greeted by a faint smell of sulfur floating in the bathtub. This is the smell of a natural sulfur spring, and I like it. Facilities: Airport pick-up and drop-off service Hygiene: clean, neatly made beds, no odor Facilities: Spacious restaurant and elegant tea room Environment: Close to the White Pagoda, convenient for walking and circumambulating the temple Service: Enthusiastic, attentive and considerate In particular, the hotel manager turned out to be a young and handsome lama. The chef of Pinqing cooks delicious authentic Sichuan and ******* dishes. Here you feel like you are back home!

The hotel is nice, with its own convenient parking lot and a laundry room on the first floor. The rooms also have underfloor heating. The location is excellent; there's a supermarket and Mixue Ice Cream shop downstairs, and a large square behind where you can watch local singing and dancing performances in the evening. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided three complimentary light breakfasts. Overall, a very good stay. The only drawback is that the shower drains a little slowly and tends to hold water. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
