GGuest UserThe hotel we stayed at this time truly embodied thoughtfulness in its service. It felt so good to have chosen the right place!
At around 8 PM, the front desk proactively contacted us to ask about our estimated arrival time, making us feel valued from the start. I heard the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so no matter how late we arrive, someone will be there to meet us. Our room was already reserved, so we didn't have to worry at all.
What impressed me most was the warmth of the details: knowing we had a lot of luggage, someone was there to help us carry it all the way, so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Before we left, we casually mentioned concerns about running out of gas, and they immediately went out of their way to help. Although we arrived safely without any trouble, their proactive approach to sharing our concerns was truly heartwarming.
We arrived a little late and thought there would be no food, but we were surprised to find that the hotel still had food. We were the only table there, but the staff were not impatient at all and provided warm service throughout the entire meal, making it a truly wonderful experience. After dinner, the front desk lady personally escorted us to our room, offering to help with our belongings and providing thoughtful guidance along the way. Even more surprising was that we originally booked two villas and one standard king-size room with a view, but the front desk specifically called to ask if they could upgrade the standard rooms to villas free of charge, allowing all of us to stay in the same villa. It was a truly amazing experience!
This thoughtful and caring hotel is highly recommended and I'll definitely choose this place next time I visit!

GGuest UserDuring this Sichuan-Western Grand Loop trip, I stayed at Vienna Hotels almost the entire way. I expected to find familiar and reassuring accommodations, but this one in Ganzi County was a wonderful surprise!
From the warm welcome at the front desk upon arrival to the attentive care from the staff after check-in, I felt their sincerity and attention to detail. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were new. Having such a warm place to stay during my travels was truly therapeutic. Of all the Vienna Hotels I've stayed at on this trip, this one's hospitality and thoughtfulness are truly unforgettable!

--fengying-Ganzi's Ganzi is indeed a good place. Hello, hello, it is really warm. The girl at the front desk has repeatedly given us glucose water to ease the high reaction. Although we did not take it, it warmed us. The hotel's services are very standardized. If you have any questions, you can give a perfect answer. Great. The hotel's underground parking lot is very empty, the in and out slope is very large, it is a challenge, and it is also great. Of course, you can park the ground parking lot if you don't want to challenge.

GGaohaiba1958This was my second stay, and what touched me most this time was that the four of us arrived around 9 pm, after the restaurant had already closed. However, the manager proactively called the chefs and restaurant staff back and served us until around 10:30 pm. Thank you again, and I give you a good review.

Communication via the translation app went well. Location is close to the YaQing busstation, it's a five minute walk.

Other guests can be quite noisy in the hallway, keeping their door open for others to hear their loud conversations. The hotel should enforce a general policy for guests to be quiet after 10pm.
The room on the streetside is quite noisy. You can hear music coming from the shops in the street.
Breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Not much variety. And no tea or coffee whatsoever.
The wifi is very slow.

Especially the receptionists, Baima and Cuochu, were very patient and had excellent attitudes. The security guards were also very welcoming; the security guard even helped with my luggage. YYipianxianyunAAI have to give this hotel a super five-star rating. The price-performance ratio is too high. On one side is **** City, and on the other side is the wetland park and snow-capped mountains. The scenery outside the window is extremely beautiful. You can also soak in hot springs while staying here. You can soak in hot springs while looking at the snow-capped mountains, which is not much different from Hokkaido. The service is also very good. There were two power outages during the stay, but everything else was good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

FFayefeibixunchangThe hotel is in the town. Although we passed by and found a family to stay for one night, it was really good. The hotel has an oxygen machine. It is a great experience to stay in such a hotel on the way from Seda to Litang. Ganzi Town is not very big, but you can order takeaway. This is really great for people who don't like to go out to find food. The hotel has a basement parking lot and an elevator, so you don't have to worry about the amount of luggage. There is also a 318 card at the entrance of the hotel that you must drive to take pictures. The room is quite big, all kinds of equipment are complete, not bad experience, when I left the next day, I ate a fresh fungus hot pot in the small shop next to the door. The taste was super invincible. The whole Ganzi Town gave us a great feeling. If you have time, you can go to King Gesar City to play. We didn't make it because of time. If you come back next time, consider going. The hotel is great and must be five-star praise.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the owner has his own parking lot. Parking is convenient, right downstairs. The receptionist was friendly, and there were convenient dining options. The only downside was that the underfloor heating had a slight problem that day; it wasn't very warm. Overall, it was a good experience.
