"I took the 317 highway to Ganzi and chose this Smart Choice hotel, which was quite comfortable. The room had oxygen supply, and I slept well at high altitude, waking up without a headache. Unfortunately, the hot water was a bit of a problem, only lukewarm, so I didn't dare take a shower. The breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, and eating noodles with a view of the snow-capped mountains made my appetite better. The laundry room had a dryer, which was very useful on the road. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I recommend it."

"I booked two rooms at this hotel, one of which had a mountain view. I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a road right beside it, so you can hear vehicles passing by. There is also a construction site next to this side of the building, which is quite noisy. I was woken up before 7:00 AM because they had already started working.I chose the mountain view room expecting quietness and peace, but it was not quiet at all. That being said, the room itself was tip-top with absolutely no complaints."

"This stay was perfect, a 5-star review is a must! The hotel environment was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and there was free parking. The receptionists, Genqiu, Zeyong, and Baima, were very friendly and attentive, making check-in efficient. All staff members were friendly and attentive to detail. The location is convenient, easy to get around, and offers excellent value for money. This will definitely be my first choice for my next trip!"

"Impeccable experience! I will choose this place again on my next trip!
The hotel is in an excellent location and is very convenient for travel. There are abundant dining and shopping options around, but the room is very quiet and does not affect rest at all.
From check-in to check-out, every employee is enthusiastic and professional. The front desk quickly handled the formalities and upgraded the room type attentively; the room attendant cleaned meticulously and even helped to put my skin care products in order
The room design is stylish and practical, and the bedding is so comfortable that it feels like sleeping on a cloud! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the supplies are high-end brands. It is spotlessly clean, even in the corners."

"The room floor had a problem, possibly due to long-term use of underfloor heating. Disappointingly, the view of the snow-capped mountains from the 3rd floor wasn't great. Breakfast was acceptable, the steamed buns were delicious. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but it's not far to the town center for food. It's also quite close to Genbuxia Old Street, where you can visit the former residence where Zhu De stayed during the Long March. There was ditch being dug in front of the room; I guess the environment will look better after it's finished. The staff proactively helped with luggage and checked parking, which was a big plus."

When driving through Ganzi on the 317 Sichuan-Tibet highway, choosing Vienna Hotel (Ganzi Gesar King City 317 National Highway store) was definitely the right choice!
The hotel is right by the national highway, making access very convenient. It has its own free large parking lot, so self-driving guests have no worries about parking. The room is spacious and bright, and the cleaning is exceptionally meticulous. The underfloor heating is perfect for cold plateau nights. The bedding is soft, and the sound insulation is excellent. After a long drive, I had a great night's sleep, which really helped alleviate my travel fatigue.
The front desk staff are warm and patient, familiar with precautions for traveling in high-altitude areas, and meticulously answer any questions. The hot water supply is stable and plentiful, and the complimentary breakfast offers a rich variety. It's very close to Gesar King City and White Pagoda Park, making it convenient for a stroll.
To have such facilities and service in Ganzi County, the value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend this place for friends traveling on the 317 to rest up. I will definitely come back next time I pass through Ganzi!

TaigenagusitafuTraveling along the southwest Sichuan loop, specifically the Ganbai Line, we passed through Ganzi County. This hotel was at the highest altitude of all our accommodations on the route. The hotel environment is absolutely superb, and the room with oxygen is even more beautiful. When in Ganzi, just book this place, no hesitation. I didn't get a chance to take photos of the hotel environment, but it's something you have to experience for yourself.

Guest UserPros: The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which included a living room. The room was spacious, and the sofa was comfortable for relaxing or working. Free parking was very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful. Laundry services were also available.
Cons: Some facilities needed repair, such as the main door, which had poor sound insulation, warped edges, and made a rattling noise every time it was opened. There were no charging outlets on the sofa in the suite's living room.

Loved it so much I decided to stay longer!
I had such a great time at Xuriling Riverside Hotel that I decided to extend my stay. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is healthy and delicious, just like home!

Guest UserTheir service is definitely full marks. I booked this one for oxygen supply. As a result, the oxygen supply machine in the room was broken. Thanks to the front desk lady for taking us an oxygen supply machine! The facilities are really not good. I don’t want to live anymore. I can feel the springs one by one when I lie on the mattress. I didn’t sleep well all night. I had to hurry the next morning. I said that I was taking a bath. The water flow in her house was very small. There will be no good thing, her family has a lot of local Tibetan food snacks, delicious and not expensive, just walk into a family without stepping on thunder!

Guest UserWe have travelled China for 2 months and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Newly furnished, clean, spacious rooms with super comfy beds, heated floor so nice and cosy. Good sound insulation. Very friendly helpful reception and cleaning staff. Lamu was always available to help at the front desk. We will be coming back!!

Guest UserThe location is very convenient for me, as it is between the old town and the bus station - so i can walk to both. The staff go above-and-beyond for their guests, very helpful and kind. Balcony was a nice bonus. My only issue was cigarettes left on the floor in my room, carpet has burn marks and the cleanliness was lacking…
Note; this hotel is friendly to foreigners, which is very good!
