GGuest UserThe facilities are comprehensive, a bit old, but the overall feel is good. There are many hot springs, a pet park with lots of animals, and a large swimming pool. There's also an infinity pool on the beach with sea views.
The hygiene is generally good, and the toiletries are L'Occitane.
The service was good, except for the photographer assigned by the hotel for a complimentary photoshoot, who had a bad attitude. All the other staff provided service with a smile!
There were also bonfires and fireworks at night. Overall, we had a great time and could easily spend a whole day at the hotel without needing to go out!
👍🏻 The private beach was the best part – the sand was very fine, it wasn't crowded, and we could play to our heart's content!

GGuest UserRandomly picked this hotel for my trip and was blown away! The soundproofing is incredibly good, and they even offer local snacks for breakfast. The front desk was so helpful with car rental – a total lifesaver for families with kids! The hallways are super quiet, and we had an amazing ocean view room. The beach is right downstairs, it's just perfect! We were so touched by the hotel's warmth when it rained. The staff proactively helped with our luggage, and the room was super clean with a great wet/dry separation. A good night's sleep here truly rejuvenates you!

GGuest UserI stayed here for a while, and the room was very clean. The environment was also perfect for our vacation and wellness retreat. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, food stalls, and snacks. The beach is super clean, and my kids loved playing there. I genuinely recommend it!

QQufangyangThe Dusit Thani Sandalwood Double Bay Resort has a strong Thai vibe. You can step right out to a private beach from downstairs, which is super convenient for playing in the waves and digging in the sand. The 31st-floor infinity pool is great for photos, and the outdoor children's water park has plenty of facilities, so kids have a blast playing in the sand and water. The hotel also has a huge indoor children's castle park, which kids love so much they don't want to leave. The sea-view rooms offer excellent views, and bathing on the balcony is very relaxing. The service is warm and welcoming, making it a top choice for family holidays.

GGuest UserNot bad, not bad. Not many people were there during the May Day peak and the room type was upgraded for free. Check-in was also very fast. The beautiful girl at the front desk was very gentle and amiable. There was a beach and McDonald's downstairs. The parking lot was also very large and convenient. The facilities were quite complete. There was also an underground parking lot. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable to live in. The only drawback was that some of the surrounding supporting entertainment facilities were not open. I asked the staff and they might be open during the peak season. This is understandable. I can only go to other places next time. I will choose this hotel next time.

The hotel boasts facilities such as a library and an infinity pool, and there's a complimentary shuttle service to the beach. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner were very extensive and delicious. I was extremely satisfied! The pleasant surprise began the moment we stepped into the lobby: the 'Star Butler' service was outstanding and incredibly attentive. Everywhere you looked, there was a vast expanse of blue and endless horizons, enhanced by a refreshing cross-breeze.

AAmyluo33I stayed in a sea view room and the view outside the hotel was very nice. Overall, the stay is cost-effective. The room is clean and tidy, and the room and balcony are large. The hotel breakfast is okay, but there is less variety. It's a 5-minute walk from the beach, but the quality of the sand nearby is average. It's recommended to go to Lion Island, which is 20 kilometers away. The sunset there is very beautiful.

DDolphin_11Great location and fantastic views. It truly lives up to its billing as a 180-degree sea view suite – you can even watch the sunrise over the ocean 🌄. The master bedroom offers excellent views and is definitely worth the price. The bed was also very comfortable. On the downside, both bathrooms had no doors, which was a bit awkward. Plus, the sofa lacked cushions, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The hotel breakfast was pretty mediocre, and the restaurant had an unpleasant odor.

GGuest UserWe had a very comfortable stay. The front desk and other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was well-ventilated and bright with plenty of natural light. My only minor suggestion would be that the selection of free movies on the TV was quite limited. Many hotels offer a wider range of shows and latest releases for VIP members. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied overall and would definitely return for another stay.

6656884526785The air conditioner in the room is not very cool. There is a sound of water dripping in the bathroom when I sleep. I arrived at the store at 1:30 in the morning. When I checked in, the front desk told me to check out the next day and go to the front desk to enter the license plate. The next day I continued to live and went to the front desk to renew the card. I said it very clearly. If the vehicle needs any vouchers to go out, do you want to charge, he said no, and then I drove to the gate and charged me 30.
