GGuest UserService: Not entirely satisfied. Some hotel staff weren't very enthusiastic and seemed indifferent when asked questions. It didn't meet the service standards expected of a five-star hotel. Facilities: Good. Both the indoor and outdoor pools looked nice, but they aren't heated, so you can't swim in winter. The hot spring was quite good; I recommend going in the morning when it's less crowded and the water is cleaner. Highlights: There was a beautiful firework show every night during the Spring Festival, which was a nice touch. Suggestions: The hotel staff's service level needs improvement. The indoor pool should be heated, otherwise, the water is too cold for swimming in winter.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a while, and the room was very clean. The environment was also perfect for our vacation and wellness retreat. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, food stalls, and snacks. The beach is super clean, and my kids loved playing there. I genuinely recommend it!

GGuest UserNot bad, not bad. Not many people were there during the May Day peak and the room type was upgraded for free. Check-in was also very fast. The beautiful girl at the front desk was very gentle and amiable. There was a beach and McDonald's downstairs. The parking lot was also very large and convenient. The facilities were quite complete. There was also an underground parking lot. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable to live in. The only drawback was that some of the surrounding supporting entertainment facilities were not open. I asked the staff and they might be open during the peak season. This is understandable. I can only go to other places next time. I will choose this hotel next time.

GGuest UserThe rooms were spacious and clean, offering a sea view right from the window. The hotel boasts facilities such as a library and an infinity pool, and there's a complimentary shuttle service to the beach. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner were very extensive and delicious. I was extremely satisfied! The pleasant surprise began the moment we stepped into the lobby: the 'Star Butler' service was outstanding and incredibly attentive. Everywhere you looked, there was a vast expanse of blue and endless horizons, enhanced by a refreshing cross-breeze.

GGuest UserThe environment is general, the hardware facilities are relatively old, the hot spring pool is very small (2 people pool), the swimming pool is actually a highlight, but can not swim [the weather is 26 degrees, you can swim, but the housekeeper asked for water to swim (when you arrive at the store, the pool water is one in 3), saying that the water release problem cannot be coordinated, and it cannot be solved], It can't be used, but it's a pity! GGuest UserThe hotel is still a distance away from the beach. The hotel is built against the mountain. You have to walk down, cross the road and walk a distance to get there. The so-called sea view room can only see the sea through the building in front. The service is still good. I arrived at night and asked for toothbrushes and water to be sent to the room after checking in. They were delivered quickly.

DDolphin_11Great location and fantastic views. It truly lives up to its billing as a 180-degree sea view suite – you can even watch the sunrise over the ocean 🌄. The master bedroom offers excellent views and is definitely worth the price. The bed was also very comfortable. On the downside, both bathrooms had no doors, which was a bit awkward. Plus, the sofa lacked cushions, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The hotel breakfast was pretty mediocre, and the restaurant had an unpleasant odor.

GGuest UserWe had a very comfortable stay. The front desk and other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was well-ventilated and bright with plenty of natural light. My only minor suggestion would be that the selection of free movies on the TV was quite limited. Many hotels offer a wider range of shows and latest releases for VIP members. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied overall and would definitely return for another stay.
