AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located next to the train station. Seeing flocks of crows circling overhead at night gave me a bad feeling, and sure enough, the car parked in front of the hotel in the morning was covered in bird droppings.

ZZhanlandexinThis must be commented on. It is the best Xi'an I have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, well-detailed, and reasonably priced. It is a single-family house with a private parking lot! Definitely the first choice if you drive yourself!

The bed is soft and thick, it is especially relaxing to lie down, and the quality of sleep is very good. The bathroom facilities are complete and easy to use, hot water is sufficient, and the overall environment is quiet and not noisy. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the location is convenient to travel, the price is affordable and cost-effective, it is suitable to travel alone or couples, and I am very satisfied with this stay experience.

The front desk service was also very attentive and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel very cordial and warm. The hotel's facilities are also very complete, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the decoration is very exquisite, especially the lobby and guest rooms, which make people feel very comfortable and relaxed. The restaurant is also very good, the breakfast is rich, and there is a large parking lot that can accommodate hundreds of vehicles. The stay experience is very good!

GGuest UserA very satisfactory accommodation experience. It is near Bohai University. The decoration is luxurious. It should be a renovated karaoke hall. The sound insulation effect is very good. The room is large. The family room is suitable for a family trip. It has sufficient heating on snowy days. It also has a bathtub and is hygienic. Not bad, the equipment is very new, a little snowman is built outside, the children are happy. Overall, five-star praise.

MM293326****This hotel is really great; my family was very satisfied. Check-in at the front desk was also very quick. There's a free gym on the second floor where you can run, and the fitness facilities are well-equipped. There's also a free parking lot right at the entrance. The security guard was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, very satisfied.

GGuest User喜歡麗楓的裝修風格，以前都是出差自己住，這次帶着老婆孩子一起過來住。設施齊全，有酒店的樣子。前台包括各方服務員，服務態度都很好。
春節期間，房間緊張居然全都訂滿了，很遺憾沒有體會到升房的服務。

GGuest UserThey don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.
