Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses."

The desk and seating areas were both generous in size, making it very convenient for placing items or relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The front desk proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were always ready to assist with any request – highly commendable! It's also conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and a night market, both within easy walking distance."

The front desk service is warm. The room area is good and the lighting is good. The bedding in the room is very comfortable and the bed is also wide. The spare parts are all branded. The bathroom is spacious and separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient. The sound insulation effect of the room is also very good. GGuest UserMy husband always stays here when he travels for work, and he recommended this place for our family trip as well. We were very satisfied; the food was good and inexpensive, with excellent value for money. The breakfast was also great—clean and hygienic. My son ate two servings of stir-fried cold noodles. Most importantly, the service was excellent. Coffee can be taken away, and breakfast is also available for early departure. They even serve porridge late at night, perfect for kids who don't eat well at regular meals. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The bed is soft and thick, it is especially relaxing to lie down, and the quality of sleep is very good. AAnmoshangliI spent three days in Jinzhou and encountered many disappointments. The only redeeming quality was this hotel. There were overbearing taxi drivers, an unopened 4A-level scenic spot, and touting women chasing after your car. There were also barbecue restaurants that disappeared after you left. I won't return, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThey don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.
