Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses."

"Wonderful hotel. Very clean and cozy. The room has everything you need. A nail file was a pleasant surprise. There's a kettle in the room, with tea replenished daily. The staff is very polite and helpful. The bed in the room was huge, the mattress very comfortable, and the linens were clean, free of stains and odors. The room cleaning was simply amazing. Rarely do you find cleaning as thoroughly as here. I highly recommend this hotel."

The desk and seating areas were both generous in size, making it very convenient for placing items or relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The front desk proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were always ready to assist with any request – highly commendable! It's also conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and a night market, both within easy walking distance."

"Lovely hotel situated near to shopping mall. Staff were wonderful, so polite and helpful. Room was very clean and very well equipped. Beds nice and comfy and lots of extras included: water in fridge, tea, coffee, toothbrushes, comb, hairdryer, shampoo etc. Breakfast had lots of choice and again staff were lovely. Would definitely stop here again when visiting jinzhou. Highly recommend 👌"

"It is a really good hotel with convenient transportation. It is close to the shopping mall and is very convenient. The facilities in the hotel are very new, especially the spiral staircase. The front desk service is warm. The room area is good and the lighting is good. The bedding in the room is very comfortable and the bed is also wide. The spare parts are all branded. The bathroom is spacious and separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient. The sound insulation effect of the room is also very good. The breakfast room is spacious and bright, and you can see green plants by the window, which is very nice. I was very happy to stay here this time. If any friends come to Jinzhou on business in the future, I will definitely recommend Jinzhou New World Hotel."

"Beautiful and well mentained Hotel with unfortunately super thin-walled rooms.
The aircon did not run properly and shut itself off after some minutes but the staff worked on it and after a while it was all warm. The lining and towels were all super cigarette-smelly which we never experienced in that way... it was disgusting.
We have a mixed feeling, even with the laundry plus dryer and the english speaking guy at the front desk we probably would not stay again. They stored our bicycles in a storage room."

"A very satisfactory accommodation experience. It is near Bohai University. The decoration is luxurious. It should be a renovated karaoke hall. The sound insulation effect is very good. The room is large. The family room is suitable for a family trip. It has sufficient heating on snowy days. It also has a bathtub and is hygienic. Not bad, the equipment is very new, a little snowman is built outside, the children are happy. Overall, five-star praise."

"Because we were traveling with a baby, I was worried about the recent renovations, but there was absolutely no smell. The service was exceptionally warm; they proactively contacted us by phone from the moment we booked to check on our needs. The overall facilities, cleanliness, and environment were superb, and I loved the breakfast 🫰. Plus, the large TV screen in the room displayed the guests' names, which added a touch of ceremony, haha."

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jinzhou; you should definitely stay here.

Guest UserThe service was absolutely excellent, and the manager was incredibly warm and welcoming. They even recommended some delicious local barbecue. The front desk staff were also fantastic, so friendly and helpful. They provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes, just like a five-star hotel! The room itself was spacious and very clean, with a view of Jinzhou Station, which was a nice bonus. We were really satisfied. Plus, it's super close to both the morning and night markets. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

The service at this hotel is very commendable, the staff are very warm and friendly, making you feel at home. The front desk service was also very attentive and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel very cordial and warm. The hotel's facilities are also very complete, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the decoration is very exquisite, especially the lobby and guest rooms, which make people feel very comfortable and relaxed. The restaurant is also very good, the breakfast is rich, and there is a large parking lot that can accommodate hundreds of vehicles. The stay experience is very good!

My husband always stays here when he travels for work, and he recommended this place for our family trip as well. We were very satisfied; the food was good and inexpensive, with excellent value for money. The breakfast was also great—clean and hygienic. My son ate two servings of stir-fried cold noodles. Most importantly, the service was excellent. Coffee can be taken away, and breakfast is also available for early departure. They even serve porridge late at night, perfect for kids who don't eat well at regular meals. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and bright with a great view, and you could even see the ancient pagoda in the distance. On the first floor, there's free hanfu available for trying on, perfect for photo ops.
Before check-in, a staff member called to ask about our arrival time and reserved a parking space. They also assigned us a room close to the parking based on our estimated arrival. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions within a 3km radius. There's also free hanfu on the first floor for guests to try on and take pictures.
Upon arrival, a parking attendant specifically helped us find a parking spot. Later that night, returning from the spa near midnight, the front desk arranged for the parking attendant to guide us to our car, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you to both the parking attendant and the kind front desk lady on duty.
Our room was very new and fully smart-enabled. We could control the curtains, lights, and TV with the 'Xiaodu' smart assistant. After connecting to the in-room Wi-Fi, we could scan a QR code on the TV screen to cast our devices, which was very convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and we woke up feeling refreshed.
I used my Trip.com points to redeem complimentary fruit and a late check-out, and the hotel smoothly arranged both for us.

The room is large and the decoration is average, but it is very new and clean. It is a good place in Yixian County. It is very convenient to go anywhere. You can walk to Fengguo Temple, Dalinghe Wetland Park, Antaimen, and the morning market in ten minutes. There are a lot of food nearby, basically within 1 km. Disadvantages, sound insulation, wake up by the sound of the horn outside in the morning

The front desk lady was incredibly patient and kind. When I asked about a room upgrade, she was so cooperative and helpful throughout the whole process, with a truly wonderful attitude. The hotel is centrally located, right across from Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for finding food. The rooms are spacious with great natural light, and the pool water is clean. The gym is well-equipped too. Whether you're here for business or visiting Jinzhou, this hotel is definitely the top choice. Highly recommended!

They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.
