"I was already looking forward to writing a review for this hotel before my trip even ended! It truly exceeded all my expectations! The front desk upgraded me, and I ended up with a huge room. Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses."

"The hotel is located in the center of Jinzhou New District, close to Wanda Plaza, convenient transportation, nearby food and shopping are very convenient. The room faces the Jinzhou International Conference Center and the night view is not bad. After opening the hotel door, I saw that the lobby was more stylish, but it was not the hotel's service front desk area. It was a lobby lounge where drinks and coffee were consumed. There were few people during the day. The real front desk of the hotel is in a similar location behind the lounge. The two long stools that are really ready to give the guests a temporary rest are two long stools without backrest. I felt that the service staff of this hotel generally felt that the hospitality and courage of the Northeast people were lacking. It makes people feel lacking in affinity. Hu Yakuan, the service staff, is worthy of praise for his enthusiasm and initiative. The facilities in the hotel's room are basically complete, but the flushing sound of the smart toilet is too loud, especially at night. The hotel's breakfast pattern is OK, many local specialties. But from the perspective of serving guests, there are many problems in the details of the work control that need to be strengthened. For example, steamed sweet potato corn, etc., the guests need to open the steamer to know what is steamed inside? The sauerkraut meat buns and fresh meat buns written in the steamer are pork, beef or lamb? The skin of the sauerkraut meat is too thick and the filling is too small, and the taste is average. There is no sign for hot dishes, and the noodles of fried chicken are thicker and there is no sign. I can't see whether it is fried chicken nuggets or fried chicken wings? The breakfast room is not small, there are not many guests, and the seats are clean. The room cleaned by the hotel cleaning staff was perfunctory, and the sanitation work operation was not standardized, and it was lost. For example, the large bath towel for bathing can be put one less. The underground parking lot is relatively spacious, with various indication signs, and parking is very convenient. The new hotel management work that has not been opened soon is not solid enough and not meticulous enough. There should be more concept education to think about problems from the perspective of guests."

"The room was spacious and bright with a great view, and you could even see the ancient pagoda in the distance. On the first floor, there's free hanfu available for trying on, perfect for photo ops. Before check-in, a staff member called to ask about our arrival time and reserved a parking space. They also assigned us a room close to the parking based on our estimated arrival. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions within a 3km radius. There's also free hanfu on the first floor for guests to try on and take pictures. Upon arrival, a parking attendant specifically helped us find a parking spot. Later that night, returning from the spa near midnight, the front desk arranged for the parking attendant to guide us to our car, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you to both the parking attendant and the kind front desk lady on duty. Our room was very new and fully smart-enabled. We could control the curtains, lights, and TV with the 'Xiaodu' smart assistant. After connecting to the in-room Wi-Fi, we could scan a QR code on the TV screen to cast our devices, which was very convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and we woke up feeling refreshed. I used my Trip.com points to redeem complimentary fruit and a late check-out, and the hotel smoothly arranged both for us."

"環境不錯，地理位置也好，朋友説新開的，一定會好，幾家就約着來了。辦理入住等待時間過長，第一個房間刺鼻的裝修味道，前台根據要求提供了景色更好的房間，感謝。入住沒一個小時，房間漏水，一個黑衣服管理人員跟我説，房間已經是最好的房間了，再調衹能換到比現在不好的房間，且不能補差價，或者等等修好，我覺得修好也行，畢竟行李都打開了。半夜十二點半又開始漏水，讓我換房間，我説半夜我肯定接受不了，你拿點毛巾墊下面吸水，明天再説吧。第二天沒有主動來修的，通過攜程給酒店打電話，反饋是可以提供升房，那你昨天那個小管理不打臉嗎？撒謊不臉紅嗎？退房想晚一個小時也是不行的，你開房讓我等那麼長時間的時候你怎麼不説呢？去前台退房，小美女問我入住怎麼樣，我就把這些説了一下，小美女倒是耐心聽了，旁邊的小管理説啥，不是給你升房了嗎，不漏水我用你給我升房嗎？我房間漏水漏半宿你給我升房還成你讓着我了？和我是説你把房卡還回來就行，我就***的了，什麼態度啊？你旁邊的員工都能耐心接待你多啥啊？要不你們培訓的時候就讓員工別問。其實入住能感受到老闆是想把酒店做好，一線員工也都是很努力，那麼辛苦都能微笑待客，就這幾個小管理，都絕了，每回被員工拉回來的好感都被管理給敗了。路過幾次一號樓前台，都是在處理客訴，老闆你有時間看看你前台的監控吧，看看你的酒店管理團隊吧，挺好的地方，別被管理團隊給敗了。假期顧客多能理解，但是真誠待客真的會感動每一個客人。"
