The most delightful accommodation of my trip to Yixian was Lanxinger Hotel – a perfect score! The elegant Song Dynasty-style courtyard design and the enchanting corridors create a picturesque atmosphere, making every corner a scene of ancient charm. The hotel was newly renovated, spotless and odor-free. The rooms were spacious and bright, equipped with smart home controls throughout, including a smart toilet and a separate wet and dry bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The service was warm and attentive. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, often proactively upgrading rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with the handmade dumplings being a particular highlight. Free parking and robot delivery were very convenient. The location is close to Fengguo Temple, Antai Gate, and Dalinghe Wetland Park, making it easy to explore and offering excellent value for money. Overall, the hotel's aesthetics, cleanliness, service, and value were all top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yixian! The new hotel was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with fully smart home features that made things incredibly convenient. The owner was warm and hospitable, offering excellent value for money, and its proximity to Fengguo Temple made it easy to get around. Highly recommended!

🥳The Best Choice for Visiting Fengguo Temple🥳 🏤Superb location: Situated in the temple's back garden, it offers close-up, extended viewing of the Liao Dynasty architecture and the statues of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and guardian deities. It's also within walking distance of the Liao Pagoda and Antai Gate (though it's still quite a walk). 🥰Numerous restaurants nearby, the best being Maolou Restaurant, definitely worth a try. 🕺🏻Excellent feng shui: Located at the highest point of Yixian's ”turtle back,” it has stood firm and resilient for centuries, weathering countless changes, natural disasters, and wars. 🌹Excellent rooms and service: Staying in the ”Suwen” room, named after the *Huangdi Neijing* (which combines *Suwen* and *Lingjiu* to form the ancient medical text), while other rooms have elegant names derived from classical texts, such as ”Zhongyong.” The rooms are decorated in a Zen-like style, clean and simple, with all windows facing the temple, offering scenic views from within. The room was fully equipped and even had a smart butler. The staff at the Zen retreat were very welcoming and professional 👍🏻 The older ladies and gentlemen at the service were also very nice. Having a VIP pass for the Zen retreat is really helpful and important. 💁🏻♀️PS: The Zen retreat has signs, but the brown main gate is closed. Before your first arrival, you need to call the front desk in advance to open it. 🤗 🙆🏻♀️A visit should be enjoyed attentively. Hiring a professional guide is essential. Sister Zhang from Fengguo Temple was truly wonderful 👍🏻 I chose the 1.5-hour in-depth guided tour, and she very attentively led me from the mountain gate to the main hall. From ancient architecture to historical evolution, from the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors to the Ming and Qing Dynasties and modern times, from wars and upheavals to ethnic integration, from the highest imperial families to ordinary people… from the initial establishment of Yixian County to the current joint application for World Heritage status for Liaodong architecture, she recounted it all in detail. Her knowledge and comprehensive understanding far exceed the age of those born after 1994.🌹🌹🌹 🌠The connection began with a scene from Wong Kar-wai's film ”The Grandmaster,” where the young lady Gong Er sits backwards while watching the film, making a vow. Only after visiting in person did I realize the profound history and culture of the ”Great Buddha Temple.” It boasts unique scenery in all four seasons, and the sunlight on the winter solstice is a symbol of the hope for the Buddha's light to shine through. Looking forward to another gathering, and a truly joyous occasion!🌠

The decoration of the hotel is traditional, the facilities are simple, the room and bathroom are warm, and the bathroom equipment is a bit old. The scenery of the mountain outside the window is good. It is closer to the big Chaoyang, and there is still a distance to the gate of the medical wizard Lushan.

The room offered excellent value for money and was very clean and tidy. The hotel itself had a charming, artistic, and elegant style. The best part was its prime location, directly facing Fengguo Temple, just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel's package deals were interesting and even included afternoon tea. A special thanks to the kind and attentive young lady with the bun hairstyle at the front desk – she was wonderfully gentle and thorough! We had a wonderful time in Yixian.

I was already looking forward to writing a review for this hotel before my trip even ended! It truly exceeded all my expectations! The front desk upgraded me, and I ended up with a huge room. Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses.

A fantastic accommodation experience! I usually read negative reviews and hesitated before deciding to stay, but I checked in with a ”let's see” attitude and it exceeded my expectations. There's parking available at the entrance, the whole place is smart home, and the environment is comparable to a five-star hotel—artsy yet sophisticated. It was very clean, with thoughtful details and high-quality amenities. The mini-fridge had drinks, water, and coffee, and the owner even provided bottled water for tea. The service was excellent, and breakfast was included—nutritious, delicious, and very convenient. It's very close to Fengguo Temple; just across the bridge is Maolou, a two- or three-minute walk away. It's in the same direction as Fengguo Temple. I highly recommend this place.

Jinzhou Oriental Huadi City is amazing! This 4A-rated scenic area boasts beautiful surroundings with elegant Han and Tang style architecture that's perfect for photos. The hot spring water is wonderfully warm and soothing, with a great variety of indoor and outdoor pools – after a soak, you feel completely refreshed. The expansive wetland scenery is breathtaking, and a boat ride through the reed sea is incredibly therapeutic. The service is thoughtful and attentive, facilities are clean and well-equipped, and there's a wide selection of dining options. It's perfect for a family leisure vacation, offers great value for money, and provides a top-notch experience. Definitely worth another visit!
