HhidinginplainsightWe had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time.
It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review.
Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China).
They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer.
Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful!
As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration.
If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

MMark FlurryThe hotel is very nice looking and very clean. The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. The check-in process went quickly and smoothly. Breakfast had a good variety and was good. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was superb. I would definitely stay there again, and do not hesitate to recommend to others.

Hotel location is very convenient, in Jinbei, although not the city center, but it is very convenient to take a taxi, to the Liaoshen Battle Memorial Hall, Jinzhou North Station is very close, especially Shiqiaozi Morning Market, five minutes walk, walking to the night market in thousands of years, not many people, snacks are very complete. Very recommended.

Service: The key service is very good. I also sent snacks. I saw that there were children and took the initiative to give toothbrushes and slippers. The beauty at the front desk was very friendly. Although I stayed for one night, I was honored. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Jinzhou.
Facilities: The facilities are very new and satisfactory
There is also a small garden inside. I like it very much. The breakfast is rich. All the staff in contact are very friendly. I rarely comment. I really want to praise this time.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very new and in a good location. It also has a special wedding venue. It is about 20 minutes' drive from the Liaoshen Campaign Museum. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, which is very friendly for self-driving. This time I took my parents on a short trip, so I booked a family room. The room is very large, about 35 square meters, clean and tidy, with a separate cloakroom. The overall service is very good, the front desk is patient and meticulous, adhering to the usual fragrance of the season, and I like the smell every time I pass by the lobby. The breakfast is also very rich, added in time, and there is no situation where empty plates cannot be served. The holiday prices are indeed outrageous, but forget it, at least the quality is guaranteed and it is very comfortable.

The desk and seating areas were both generous in size, making it very convenient for placing items or relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The front desk proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were always ready to assist with any request – highly commendable! It's also conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and a night market, both within easy walking distance.

GGuest UserIn fact, the overall facilities of the hotel are good, and it feels like they have been decorated with great care.
After discovering that the TV could not cast the screen, I communicated with the front desk, and the housekeeper quickly came over to help communicate.
But when I entered, I was really shocked to find a big woodlouse. It was understandable that the weather was humid and raining. So I gave them all five points.
However, I feel that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are very thoughtful, but it lacks a sense of high-end. After thinking about it, I feel that the overall aroma of the hotel is lacking. I don't know if this is useful advice. I wish the hotel will get better and better. I will stay here again next time I come to Jinzhou.

This B&B completely exceeded my expectations. I was captivated the moment I walked in—the overall feel was effortlessly artistic. The warm floor lamps featured niche illustrations, and even the patterns on the throw pillows were ingenious, yet without the awkward, internet-famous feel of a boutique. It felt like staying at a friend's house.
The amenities are truly remarkable. The projector is incredibly clear, making watching movies in bed at night feel like being in a private theater. All the appliances and toiletries are brand new, without the tired, old B&B feel. The most surprising thing was the value for money. Compared to other hotels in the same area and with similar amenities, which often cost over a thousand yuan, this one cost half the price of a plane ticket. It was a steal!
Although it's located in an older residential area and requires climbing stairs, it was incredibly quiet. I was woken by the sun in the morning, not by noise. The room was spotlessly clean, even the bathroom was spotless. I've already bookmarked this place and will definitely stay here next time I'm in this city!
