From the moment I entered the door, I felt full of enthusiasm, the check-in was efficient and intimate, and I also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food and transportation. The room hygiene is impeccable, spotless, and even the corners are cleaned very clean, making people live in a particularly safe place. Service attitude and sanitary environment are called five-star standards, I will choose here next time!

The only downside is the disposable slippers – their quality is pretty poor 😓, they really only last a day. During the Chinese New Year period, the park had a full schedule of activities every day, but the evening water show required an extra ticket. For families with kids, they might want to consider a few things: perhaps slightly larger rooms, and a ticket package for 2 adults and 1 child (or 2 children). I saw several families having to pay extra for their children's tickets during check-in, which was a bit annoying. Staying at a hotel inside the scenic area is really convenient, especially in the mornings when it's much quieter before the outside visitors arrive.

GGuest UserI rarely commented back. I didn’t have a good impression of this hotel. The corridor lights suddenly flashed in the middle of the night after falling asleep. The video was proof. From 12 am to 1:30, I called the front desk 2 times to repair. I woke up and found it difficult to fall asleep. It affected the itinerary of the next day. The hotel did not care about it the next day. Instead, I took the initiative to go to the front desk to ask the waitress. Because of the hotel, the guests did not rest well. How did they deal with it? The waiter said that they could delay the check-out by 2 hours. I proposed that it take 4 hours. Not only did I not rest well, but also affected the itinerary, and I didn't ask for a room change at the time. I hope I can understand each other. The customer service said that I would apply with my superior and asked me to wait for the notification. Later, I was notified by phone that I could delay it for 4 hours, but there was never an apology.
Facilities: Hotel does not have shower cap
Environment: There is always a sound from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The maintenance staff said that it is hot and cold, and there is no sense of security.

My need to book this Vienna is to take the exam. Before booking this hotel, I was scared by its bad reviews. After all, I booked this far more than ordinary homestay. The price is definitely hoping to have a better sleep experience. After all, I am not out to play. The most important thing to take the exam is to have a good sleep experience to ensure energy, so my first need is to ensure the quality of sleep. I booked a deluxe twin room. It has no windows, but it may be no windows. So it is surprisingly quiet when sleeping at night. Almost no noise can be heard. At noon, the whole room is also separated from the light like night, and the sleep at night and the sleep of the lunch break are relatively guaranteed.
The second is the geographical location, opposite Yongjia, it is also the hinterland between various universities. The walk to each university is about 10~20 minutes. There are various restaurants such as McDonald's around, and dining is more convenient. There is also a morning stationery store behind the hotel, which can easily print admission tickets and buy all kinds of stationery required.
Come to this Vienna, the front desk service attitude is very good, the check-in process is relatively smooth.
To sum up, if there are also friends who have to take various exams, this hotel can be selected from the perspective of sleep comfort and location. When choosing a room, you can also tell the front desk lady to ask for the inner room, because the outside is very close to Yongjia, and there are various night snack streets. It is not known whether there is such a quiet accommodation environment.

GGuest UserThe hot springs were excellent, but the room felt a bit dated. The breakfast was a major disappointment; the dining area felt quite empty, there was very little variety, and the taste was mediocre. To top it off, the coffee served was instant. The coffee at the ground floor coffee bar, priced at ¥9.9 a cup, was absolutely undrinkable – I've never had such terrible coffee. The server there was also a bit stubborn and inflexible. And considering I paid 68 RMB for breakfast, it definitely wasn't worth the price. Next time, I'll definitely just visit for the hot springs and skip staying at the hotel.
