"Hotel Santika offers a great location and excellent service. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
What truly deserves special mention is their thoughtful breakfast service. Breakfast is available from 6:00am to 10:00am, but I had an early ferry at 6:00am and couldn’t make it. The staff offered a takeaway option, and the team kindly arranged to prepare my breakfast early at 5:00am. I honestly expected the request might be overlooked, but they exceeded my expectations.
To my surprise, everything was carefully packed: a box of bread and a bento set with the fried rice I requested, along with some fried fish, cutlery, and a bottle of drinking water. The attention to detail was impressive and made my morning so much easier.
It was a genuinely pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely return if I’m staying in Batam again. Thank you, Team Hotel Santika!"

ZZhiWeiWeiEverything else was great except probably the location which was rather far from the typical attractions on the island but granted the area was still developing. Hope to see more around the area in the future!

Mmiki chuThe hotel is cheap and affordable, so I’ll give a 5-star on the price. However, it’s dusty (can see on the table) and dirty (got hair on toilet bowl when we checked in) in a sense where we can’t take it.
However, the staff is nice and friendly. If you can improve the cleanliness, I believe it will be a great stay here. Nearby is Kepri mall (old name), now K square which is just right in front and can grab good meal there.

AAnonymous UserI booked a cost-effective accommodation near the airport because I only wanted to sleep due to my late 🌃 arrival, but the sound of prayers in the early morning was okay for me. There were a lot of motorcycles so it wasn't that bothersome..
Since each person's tolerance for noise varies, if you want a quiet place, this place might be a little noisy.
I didn't take pictures of the inside of the accommodation.. I guess I was disappointed ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
The price was really good, so I was more disappointed with the shower than the noise~
I brought a filter, but I couldn't use it here.. It's a ceiling-mounted shower, and the water sprays out like a fountain ㅎㅎㅎ
This is all a memory, right~
