I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with my family. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a peaceful ambiance, making it an ideal spot for some quiet family time. The staff was courteous, and the overall experience was comfortable. It's a decent choice for families looking for a neat and tranquil getaway.

The hotel was situated near the Kaveri river bridge. The rooms are spacious, there is hot water for shower, the housekeeping staff are very attentive and attend to you very quickly. Laundry services and food services were good too. The hotel breakfast was nice. It’s. Value for money hotel . Srirangam is just nearby about 20 mins drive. Hotel is situated near highway. From my room, I was able to see uchi pillaiyar temple. Nearby hotel there is Lakshmi Narasimhar Temple. Good hotel will say.

had lift. same row as Saradha's Trichy. a little noisy due to traffic & honking. reception not very attentive. need to request for basic items. convenient for shopping.

overall a decent hotel to stay. Centrally located, but away from the crowd and traffic. Very courteous staff. Reached hotel around 10 PM restaurent staff took our dinner orders and served very quick. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Brekfast should be topped up regularly. By the time we went in around 9 AM some of the items were over.

Complimentary Buffet breakfast in a calm & open air, had peaceful breakfast with Coffee

The hotel is not up to four star standard, the price for the room is too much. The rooms are not really clean, the receptionist are not really attentive and helpful. I will said this below average hotel.

Decent hotel, but several challenges. The room was smelling damp. The housekeeping staff isn’t 24x7 as advertised and no hot water was available. Linen was dirty but no staff to help.

Poor maintenance of the property.It needs full renovation.No value for money.Cats are roaming on the false ceiling of the restaurant. AC and TV remotes are not working properly.They placed cap broken kettle in the room. Floor is always sticky.No proper cleaning done by the house keeping.For double occupancy,they placed guest room supplies and water bottle for a single pax.Even if we called for our requirements it took 30 to 45 minutes to reach us.Totally unsatisfied stay.

The service ,rooms ,food everything is very excellent here this is the best hotel I have stayed in thiruchirapalli so far and it feels lyk home nice experience actually u may go for it with out second opinion.

Very good and warm hotel with freindly staf. My friend and husband stay there for connecting trip. Easy to access for both bus and tran. The room is comfortable. Check in easy and purely nice officets. Will recommen to other friend that visit to trichy
