Our 4 days 3 nights stay at your hotel was a wonderful experience — it truly felt like home. The overall setup was complete and convenient for a family stay, which we really appreciated. However, we did face a few drawbacks: • The water dipper was slightly dirty • The washroom could have been cleaner • The cabinets throughout the hotel were dusty, which made breathing a bit uncomfortable Other than that, it was a good and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

I stayed with my baby and dad. The room was spacious but not very clean and had a lingering smoke smell. The bedsheets were quite old, and the breakfast was average. However, the staff was friendly. I would recommend providing smoke-free rooms for guests with babies.

Polite reception, clean linen and environment, good food in the attached restaurant. Only 400 meters from ranganathaswamy temple. Pleasant lighting in the rooms. All in all pleasant stay

The hotel was situated near the Kaveri river bridge. The rooms are spacious, there is hot water for shower, the housekeeping staff are very attentive and attend to you very quickly. Laundry services and food services were good too. The hotel breakfast was nice. It’s. Value for money hotel . Srirangam is just nearby about 20 mins drive. Hotel is situated near highway. From my room, I was able to see uchi pillaiyar temple. Nearby hotel there is Lakshmi Narasimhar Temple. Good hotel will say.

Complimentary Buffet breakfast in a calm & open air, had peaceful breakfast with Coffee

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Very decent communication at the reception and security person who helped with car parking is sincere at the work and kindful. Food in the restaurant at the ground floor is yummy and comfortable tummy

Decent hotel, but several challenges. The room was smelling damp. The housekeeping staff isn’t 24x7 as advertised and no hot water was available. Linen was dirty but no staff to help.

Cleanliness and maintenance of the room is good. Staff response is polite and the service is prompt. Overall nice stay.

Poor maintenance of the property.It needs full renovation.No value for money.Cats are roaming on the false ceiling of the restaurant. AC and TV remotes are not working properly.They placed cap broken kettle in the room. Floor is always sticky.No proper cleaning done by the house keeping.For double occupancy,they placed guest room supplies and water bottle for a single pax.Even if we called for our requirements it took 30 to 45 minutes to reach us.Totally unsatisfied stay.

The service ,rooms ,food everything is very excellent here this is the best hotel I have stayed in thiruchirapalli so far and it feels lyk home nice experience actually u may go for it with out second opinion.
