"The hotel is very close to Luca Railway Station and the hotel is on the right hand side after leaving the station. This is an older hotel. The room is large and the room is very large. The basic facilities are complete. The windows of the room are large and the ventilation is good. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the natural consideration provides a lot of help for passengers. The hotel's breakfast is a relatively simple Western breakfast, simple and delicious. Lucca is an ancient city, the road in the city is not easy to walk, so short-term tourists live in this hotel is the most convenient, out of the station, especially suitable for passengers with more luggage. Pulling a large suitcase, don't live in the depths of the ancient city, travel will be very inconvenient."

GGuest UserMother-daughter weekend trip. Beautiful small boutique hotel with clean modern furnishings nd wonderful staff. Room was spacious with high quality toiletries. Free water in the room was missed but there was a pitcher with water and free cantucci cookies at all times. Breakfast was wonderful and location inside the city wall was perfect.

FFmmaniWe had a wonderful stay in Lucca! Monica was super kind and welcoming. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. Comfortable bed, very good shower, and air conditioning that made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect.
Tip for future guests: park your car at Parcheggio Mazzini (near Porta Santa Maria).

WWilliamgray81This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel recommended by a friend is small but warm. Next to the Luka City Wall, travel is also convenient. The people in the hotel are very nice and the overall feeling is very good!

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic time at the Grand Universe Hotel in Lucca. It is located right in the middle of the old city, surrounded by plazas and cathedrals. There was an opera show right around the corner that was just beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we immediately felt at home. The room was comfortable and very clean. Like all rooms in Italy, it is a bit compact but they make amazing use of the space. The breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety of delicious offerings. The rooftop bar is small but has a beautiful view. We loved our stay here and are looking forward to returning.

KKaisa Johanna’Old style’ hotel with clean and ok room. Just perfect for stop if you are e.g. having early flight. Nice breakfast. Met only one person who spoke english. Maybe different siruautomaatit as the season starts.
