"The hotel is very close to Luca Railway Station and the hotel is on the right hand side after leaving the station. This is an older hotel. The room is large and the room is very large. The basic facilities are complete. The windows of the room are large and the ventilation is good. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the natural consideration provides a lot of help for passengers. The hotel's breakfast is a relatively simple Western breakfast, simple and delicious. GGuest UserMother-daughter weekend trip. Beautiful small boutique hotel with clean modern furnishings nd wonderful staff. Room was spacious with high quality toiletries. Free water in the room was missed but there was a pitcher with water and free cantucci cookies at all times. Breakfast was wonderful and location inside the city wall was perfect.

FFmmaniWe had a wonderful stay in Lucca! Monica was super kind and welcoming. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. Comfortable bed, very good shower, and air conditioning that made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect.
Tip for future guests: park your car at Parcheggio Mazzini (near Porta Santa Maria).

WWilliamgray81This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.

The structure is beautiful and central. Unfortunately I could not take advantage of the stay because causes disease I could not leave.
I am sorry that the structure has such a tight rules that it cannot accept any request for reimbursement/partial reimbursement/change of booking in any way for one reason, among others, a certificate. I know that I have booked the structure from third-party site, The hotel could still accept to move my reservation and I was also willing to pay for the price difference. The staff I had to do with telephone was still kind, I understand that a receptionist cannot The hotel's instructions could be changed, but I think you could have done better. I appreciate the assistance I have received from trip.com, which at least returned me a small number in trip coins.
I still plan to re-book in this facility because I don't want to miss this experience of travel.

KKaisa Johanna’Old style’ hotel with clean and ok room. Just perfect for stop if you are e.g. having early flight. Nice breakfast. Met only one person who spoke english. Maybe different siruautomaatit as the season starts.

GGuest UserThe hotel is by the sea, the room by the sea is small, but the scenery is good. There is a Beijing restaurant 100 meters away. In addition, my friend hotel (amici imei) is expensive and not tasty, not recommended. The hotel provides parking spaces, 16 euros a night, just opposite the hotel public parking area, it is convenient.
