To my surprise, it exceeded all my expectations! Hygiene, environment, service, and facilities all scored a perfect 5, making it the highlight of my trip. 【About the Room and View】 As described during booking, I stayed in a room with club lounge access. The moment I opened the door, I was truly amazed – a huge floor-to-ceiling window directly overlooked Sakurajima volcano! Whether it was watching the volcano faintly appear through the morning mist or admiring the city lights come alive in the evening, this view was absolutely breathtaking. The room's interior design was modern and simple with excellent natural light. Staying in such a spacious environment by myself instantly lifted my spirits. 【About Facilities and Service】 As someone meticulous about details, the hotel's cleanliness put me completely at ease; every corner was spotless. - Gym: The equipment was new and comprehensive. Running on the treadmill while enjoying the view outside made the workout feel effortless. - Club Lounge: This was a major highlight of my stay! The environment was elegant and quiet, offering not only comfortable sofa areas for relaxing and reading but also dedicated dining areas and a bar. For a solo traveler like me, it provided both a sense of social security and the freedom of personal space. 【Highly Recommended: Natural Onsen and Foot Bath 🛁】 This was definitely the biggest bonus of my stay! The hotel has its own natural onsen, which is a savior for travelers who have been walking all day. The most thoughtful touch was the outdoor foot bath. If you're traveling alone like me or are a bit shy about public large onsens, this foot bath is absolutely perfect! Sitting on the wooden steps, soaking your feet in the warm spring water, and looking up at the indoor garden scenery – the feeling of relaxation is truly indescribable. The hotel is centrally located near Tenmonkan shopping area, around 2-3 bus stops away from Kagoshima-Chuo station. (May take a while to walk) The room is comfortable and clean, and room space is surprisingly decent for 2 ppl with opened luggage. Wifi signal is not the strongest but acceptable. There's also public onsen available which is good

The facilities are convenient, and the front desk service is excellent. There were a few stains on the carpet, but the location is incredibly convenient. It's very close to the pier, making it easy to get to Sakurajima, Tanegashima, and Yakushima. There's a streetcar stop right outside the hotel, which goes directly to Kagoshima-Chuo Station and Kagoshima Station. Across the street, there's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven. Next door is a long-standing local department store where you can try local food and buy souvenirs. There are many restaurants and late-night eateries around, and Tenmonkan is about a one or two-stop walk or a short streetcar ride away. Overall, it offers great value for money.

This was my first time staying here, and I chose it because of the large public bath, the price, and its proximity to Tenmonkan. It turned out to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making it an incredible value for money. By chance, at breakfast, I ended up sitting next to the same staff member (a student working part-time) who had checked me in the previous night. She taught me a lot about current events in Kagoshima, which was really interesting. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Kagoshima!

I stayed 5 nights in Kagoshima for a leisurely trip. The hotel has 12 floors with 4 rooms per floor and 2 elevators. There was only one staff member at the front desk, but they were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were done via a self-service machine. Rooms don't have keys; instead, you get a 4-digit passcode. **Pros:** The rooms are spacious, perfect for families, and some even have bunk beds. Each room comes with a kitchen and a washer-dryer combo, which was super convenient as I cooked dinner three times. The hotel is located between Kagoshima-Chuo Station and the Tenmonkan shopping district. Both are about 900 meters away, and since Kagoshima city center isn't that big, you can easily walk around the commercial areas. **Cons:** As many have mentioned, the breakfast isn't great. There are only five simple options. In Japan, if you don't eat breakfast at the hotel, it can be quite challenging and time-consuming to find something outside.

Slightly dated hotel but very value for money; Hotel staff were very helpful and professional; Room has proper desk to work with (and LAN port); Room wifi was okay; Has a decent public bath; Location is a 10minute walk down the road from the busy tenmonkan street where all the food and activities happen (or 1 tram stop away); It’s also 3 tram stops away from main train station kagoshimachuo. Located at the intersection of 2 tram lines, which can be convenient when getting back to the hotel (just need to get the tram direction correct)

It's quite good, perfect for one person, and it has a separate wet and dry area, perfect for smoking. Although there are some stains, I like the style. Those who don't like it will be charged a fee. The service is good, but you need to leave your key at the front desk before leaving. It's close to Central Station.

Good location. V near to tram station and shoping areas with many good food around. Also near to daiso and don don donki. Walk 5 mins opp the street u hv the airport bus straight to airport. Very efficient. The bedroom with bunk bed v nice for 4 pax and families. They even have bath salts, coffee and microwave at lobby

Room a little too small, but smack in the middle of Kumamoto. Had the pleasure of witnessing the Ohara festival during our tripl.

The hotel is located near restaurants and drug stores in Tenmonkan, and there is a convenience store below the hotel, which was great. Breakfast includes toast, coffee, and yogurt, and we were able to get to the Kagoshima Aquarium Io World by car right next to the hotel.
