AAnonymous UserThis hotel maintains top-notch standards even in a small location. The room was surprisingly clean with exceptionally high ceilings, Netflix, and excellent soundproofing. Upholding JAL's sophisticated style, the restaurant host was a distinguished, handsome older gentleman in a suit.
I initially wanted to give a perfect score, but we waited 15 minutes for breakfast on the first day, and an astounding *hour* on the second day! Moreover, the breakfast area was incredibly crowded, with narrow aisles and tiny tables where our elbows almost touched the next table – very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can open up a larger space during breakfast hours, as waiting until after 9 AM to eat breakfast can really disrupt a traveler's daily plans.

TTSUBINVery cost-effective hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, there are two washing machines available in the lobby on the first floor, the parking lot needs to be paid separately, but it is very cheap, although the breakfast options are not many but very delicious, the Lulu station and the coin dance bridge can be reached on foot, there is a convenience store opposite the hotel.

GGuest UserPerfect location - we stayed in Shanghai-La room, facing lake. We took evening and morning walk along Lake Akan. Highlight for us is the rooftop heated swimming pool, they provide swim wears and are for both genders. It was fantastic star gazing treat while soaking in warm bath. Dining (breakfast and dinner) were a bit chaotic since this hotel have lots of tour group guests. If only they have separate dining hall for the big groups so the rest of guests can enjoy their peaceful meal.

GGuest UserAccess from the station is good. It is opposite to the downtown area of the Kushiro River across the track. If you are walking, you will move to Kushiro Station by pedestrian bridge or underground passage. The parking lot is large. There is a large communal bath on the first floor (about ８ people). Bicycle rental to the neighborhood (there is no convenience store nearby). There are all the minimum necessary.

It was breakfast. Also, Chinese food was delicious.
The hot springs were good, and above all, the staff at the front desk really made me feel good.
