"The location is first-rate, with Fuji and Yamanakako Mountain outside the window. The environment, service, and accommodation are all fine.
The only problem is that the room only has a wash basin and mirror (only cold water, and the temperature outside was about 14 degrees on the day of the stay). There is no toilet or bathroom. Everything is shared. The toilet is shared by the floor (basement and 2nd floor), and the bathroom is shared in the underground hot spring area. There are only 2 showers for men.
The main problem is that there is no reminder during the ordering process that the toilet and bathroom are shared. If it was written, I think we would not order this store.
But the accommodation, environment, landscape, and service are all fine.
The following picture is a screenshot of the public facilities I checked again to see if there is a note, the store, breakfast, and the exterior of Mount Fuji and the lake"

Amazing
劈劈柴Since all other room types were unavailable, we stayed in a 6-person room. It was incredibly spacious, and pretty much every room offered an unobstructed view of Mount Fuji (weather permitting). The bathroom was huge and even had a private onsen and a sauna. Each room type came with dinner (BBQ) and breakfast for two. The portions were decent, though don't expect too much from the breakfast. The location is great, very close to Lake Yamanaka's attractions, only about a 10-minute drive away. There's also a fairly large supermarket right next door, just a minute's drive, which was super convenient for restocking. However, due to the glamping site's location, you can't see the sunrise with Mount Fuji in the same frame. I had planned to wake up early to catch the sunrise, but it turns out the sun rises on the opposite side. Overall, aside from being a bit pricey, everything else was perfect. The staff were very nice, and their English communication was excellent.
FFlorafengfeihuaA very satisfying stop on my trip, Lake Yamanaka! Perfect scenery, excellent accommodations, and excellent meals. I highly recommend booking breakfast and dinner here. Swan Lake and the Hippo Bus Station are right outside, and I even encountered a deer. The teahouse owner was incredibly nice, driving us to a stunning viewpoint of Mount Fuji and giving us delicious peaches before we left. It's also very convenient to Tokyo, with the express bus station a two-minute walk away.
GGuest UserWe booked a mountain view room. When we opened the window, we could see a forest. We could barely see Mount Fuji through the gaps in the forest, so we didn't really need to worry about the mountain view or anything else. The quilt looked old, but it was still clean.
There is a free hot spring, the pool is not big, and it is on the second floor.
GGuest UserMount Fuji view is at side window.
Lake Yamanakako is in-front of window.
Lake is just cross the road.
Open air Onsen is wading point.
Few step walk to Family market.
Walking distance to Bus stop with routing to Kawaguchiko Bus Terminal
Express Bus to Mishima
LLei Pik KwangThe room did not match the photo I booked. I like the one with two windows, I chose this hotel because of the picture.
It turns out that there are two different room models at the same price. Although we asked to change to the same room model as the one in the picture I booked, and we were the only guests in the entire hotel, the hotel refused to cooperate. It is indeed a bit unhuman.
The bathhouse does not provide yukata. The bathhouse is private by reservation, but it can only be used on the first day. It is not open on the second day. It's a pity that I can't take a bath in the morning in early spring.
The hotel is very new and everything else is very good. The location is quiet and the staff are quite friendly.
It's just a rule, a bit rigid
AAnonymous UserThis is a very old Japanese-style hotel with outdated facilities. Check-in was at 3 PM, and we arrived at noon to drop off our luggage, but there was no one at the front desk, which startled us. We were only able to drop off our luggage after seeing the hotel manager. The hotel is located by Lake Yamanaka, and although it's close to Asahigaoka Station, it's inconvenient to walk along a small path from the station with luggage. Also, you can't see Mount Fuji. The hotel offers self-service bicycles for rent. The onsen (hot spring) was too hot to soak in. The only good thing was the dinner, which was Wagyu beef and very delicious. When we left, the owner even drove us to Asahigaoka Station. It's more suitable for those with a car. If you're looking for a new hotel, don't consider this old-fashioned one. However, if you want to experience traditional Japanese style, you can give it a try.
GGuest UserIt's has very cosy feel local Japanese Ryokan(BB) style and we love it. Not luxury, not to expensive but suitable if you looking for Ryokan in Fuji Mt. area. Included nice easy breakfast, not big for Americans but it's delicious.
The location is not recommend for walking to, if you drive a car it will be perfect (free parking)
Some may say it looks old, but to me I would say it looks vintage and classic you couldn't find in the city.
*Only 10mins drive to famous cafe”paper moon”
BBilguun Billy SelengeExcellent location near Yamanaka lake. Fuji is not able yo be seen from this spot but it is good place to escape from the crowd. The cottages are clean and big enough with all the necessary items you need.
海海島王子The property enjoys a great location, surrounded by nature. Lake Yamanaka is about a 5-minute walk away. The bathhouse is a natural hot spring where you can enjoy a relaxing time in the moist and smooth water. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to any requests you may have during your stay. Overall, Qingxi Yamanakako Hotel is a hotel that values coexistence with nature and provides warm accommodation for tourists. The room was large, dinner was included and was traditional Japanese, the food was very good, the tempura was freshly fried and very tasty. The price of accommodation is really affordable, recommended! 👍👍
GGuest UserFrom the room, you can see Mount Fuji. It is very fast to go to the shore of Hirano. If you want to see the morning sunshine in Jinshan, you can open the curtains to see the clarity of Mount Fuji today and then decide whether to go downstairs. There is a private bathroom in the room. The room is large and the hotel is not new overall. You have to carry your luggage upstairs without elevator. It takes7-8 minutes to drag your luggage from Hirano bus station to the hotel.
