GGuest UserBeautiful accommodations, great amenities (excellent spa; exceptional selection at breakfast; fittness center and 2 well equipped play rooms for kids) The only mankament was a weak internet connection (caused, as we were told, by a temporary issue). AalbertltAn amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

Beautiful and huge park near by as well.
Western and english breakfast with lots of varieties. Special counter for kids!
Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable.
Perfect gateway for family, friends and couple.
I will definitely visit again.
Few suggestions:
Pre book thermal bath and breakfast to save some bucks!
Indian restaurant nearby!

AAnonymous UserWe had a quiet and peaceful stay in Zakopane. It’s further away from the main streets but within walking distance. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The sauna is well maintained. The only defect is the water temperature of shower in our room: it wasn’t very steady. But in general it was a lovely stay!

The location is not bad, the shopping street outside the hotel, you can buy hand letters, there are different restaurants, about 15 minutes walk from the train station/bus station. The hotel has a free swimming pool with sauna, a lift, and a few recommendations overall.

OOlga.SkavyshIt’s a really great place to stay. It takes approximately 15 minutes to the bus station by foot. The facilities are cool. I had a quite spacious room with spectacular view on the mountains. Breakfast is with good selection and food is yummy. The only disadvantage is for three day stay the room wasn’t cleaned and a trash bean wasn’t cleaned either. Nevertheless I liked staying there and I would exactly recommend this place.

PpharmacistoffdutyThe front desk allowed us to check in early, so we were grateful. We needed a good rest after the overnight bus from Budapest. The room is warm with a heater, and the water pressure is good. Drinking water is provided. Location is excellent, there's a market just right beside the hotel, Costa coffee, restaurants. 8 mins walking distance to the furnicular.
