JJasmine RogersLocated in Isla Verde right on the beach with beach access. Close to the airport, fairly close to other attractions but some are really far. Nice strip of stores/restaurants in walking distance. Pool is nice and hotel staff is nice. Beach view rooms are amazing. Did not experience any loud noises or disturbances even though room was right in front of the elevator

GGuest UserConvenient location to the airport. We were unfamiliar with the area and we were arriving late at night. Walkable to eats late at night and lively music to get our vacation started. Room was good, pretty lobby but there was a unfavorable smell that was a big turnoff the minute you walked in the door. Overall not a bad experience except for the smell which is reflected under cleanliness in our rating.

YYIXINThe hotel is located by the sea, the beach is very good, the coconut trees are dazzling, and the scenery is pleasant. Although the rooms are not large, they are well-equipped, and some are available. Because I was flying, I didn't book breakfast, it was very close to the airport and it took 8 minutes to reach Uber.

GGuest UserWe had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. ***********. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

GGuest UserClean hotel. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable. Great location, a few blocks to the beach. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance. 2-3 blocks to the beach. Breakfast was great, the pool was great. No complaints with my stay.

谢谢When I came to Puerto Rico, I really didn't want to leave. The Courtyard Hotel was very good! The sea view room is great! There is also a casino in the hotel! Just drink and have fun! I have already thought about it and will stay here next time.

RRetired Travel Agent5 star resort with a busy vibe. Liked : Decor , range of facilities . Disliked : sea smell due to nearby rotting seaweed , pool chairs by beach laid out in rows sone without shade , nearby aircraft runway noise . Intercommunicating room door with lack of insulation created next door room noise.
