When I checked into the hotel, it was already very late, but the front desk staff, Jayden, still worked hard to find a room that I was very satisfied with. He also made every effort to verify my membership level to see if he could offer better privileges. After I entered the room, he didn’t forget to send a message to make sure everything met my expectations and that I was comfortable. He is a very considerate and attentive front desk staff member. I am very happy to give him my compliments, and I’m glad that this hotel has such an excellent employee.

The stay experience was great! The front desk was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The best thing is the location. Amazing convenient. No need to across the road, you can buy in Walmart and Dollar Tree, diner in Longhorn steakhouse (10% off if you live here)、Miller'sAle house、McDonald's、Donkin'、Wingstop、Maxican and Chinese food. For driving, US 9 and Garden Parkway are just beside. To JFK, only 1 HR. Gem, swimming pool, 24/7 different hot coffee, make me more energetic during my business trip.

There are downsides to the service. The main reason is that Ctrip paid in advance, but the hotel charged my pre-authorized American credit card for the room again. I called the hotel and they said they would refund my US credit card. But no refund yet.

The hotel's exterior is dated, but the interior seems to have been recently renovated and is still quite new. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay. The double bed was a bit small, at 1.35 meters.

Actually we looking for a cheaper room nearby the area, and accidentally picked the disabled room. To be honest, its not bad, the toilet with red light that can keep very warm after shower. The sink is out next to the bed is convenient for 2 people, if one using toliet, the other brush teeth or face cleaning. The area supposed for wheel chair turned to my yoga space. The bed probably with water proof sheet underneath make us feel very soft and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but ok. That's a good choice and we may stay again on the next trip.

The location is still very convenient, and the facilities are okay. It is suitable for families traveling with children. It has a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very convenient for hot food.

The room is nice and the health condition is very good. There are several hypermarkets, large supermarkets and restaurants around. The boss seems to be Chinese and speaks Mandarin well. The hotel is right next to the overpass and is easy to find with the navigation.
