Portsmouth Hotels with Breakfast

When we checked in, we told us that the sofa bed in the room we booked was broken and then upgraded to the top suite, but there were the following problems 1) The bathroom faucet was bad, resulting in no water on the water, and the bath was terrible 2) The air conditioner was very fried and the sound was loud 3) You need to carry your own luggage and climb 10 stairs 4) The room is dim, Overall it is not recommended, so if the room type we booked at that time cannot be checked in, the hotel should ask for advice early instead of changing the room type this way.

Terrible customer service! Charge me twice. I had booked and prepaid this hotel via trip.com. When I checked in, I told hotel that we had prepaid. After few days later, I found out that I got charged room by hotel again. I called hotel twice, they said that they will look into it and get back to me. I asked to talk to the hotel manager. They told me that I can leave voice mail on her phone! What’s the customer service??? A week later. No one call me back and no refund. Still waiting for hotel contact me after 5 days of dispute of billing. Will never stay there!!

A chain hotel on the highway side, it is quite good to find. The rooms are small and have other basic facilities. Breakfast variety is OK, there is free parking, the hotel price is small.

Great hotel, but you need to request everyday for amenities instead of it should be automatically refilled everyday.

Overall good, except that the sound insulation is really poor, there is almost no sound insulation, 🤷♀️ is the special case of the room.
