Portsmouth Hotels with Parking

Terrible customer service! Charge me twice. I had booked and prepaid this hotel via trip.com. When I checked in, I told hotel that we had prepaid. After few days later, I found out that I got charged room by hotel again. I called hotel twice, they said that they will look into it and get back to me. I asked to talk to the hotel manager. They told me that I can leave voice mail on her phone! What’s the customer service??? A week later. No one call me back and no refund. Still waiting for hotel contact me after 5 days of dispute of billing. Will never stay there!!

A chain hotel on the highway side, it is quite good to find. The rooms are small and have other basic facilities. Breakfast variety is OK, there is free parking, the hotel price is small.

The sanitation and comfort of the room are very good. The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding is complete and shopping is convenient.

I checked into the hotel on the way. The location is very good, just next to the highway. It is very convenient to travel by car. There is free parking. The room space and supporting facilities are also good and satisfactory.

The room is large, the bed is more comfortable, the sound insulation of the room is not good, and the neighbors are not finished until 2 o'clock at night. Hygiene can be, the water surface of the swimming pool seems to have a layer of oil, the child is scared to not dare to swim.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. There was coffee provided in the morning in the lobby with sugar and powdered creamer. The elevator was quick and the wait was always short. The fourth floor room was on the small side however it was clean and quiet with a good heat and air conditioning system. The bathroom was better than I expected however the water pressure in the shower was inadequate although there was enough water. The bathroom was spotless. The TV and microwave worked well. All in all, I would stay there again.
