"Where to start? The security. Both of the rear entry doors swung open and closed freely, as they both had busted out locks. The room The room reeked of cat spray (urine) badly! The carpet had bright red stains on it in several places and was over all, really dirty. The room phone did not work. The climate control was loud and weak. The shower. The shower head was so clogged up it had only mist and spewed water out the rear. I went and spoke to the desk clerk and was told he would give us another room. When I got back to the room my son was sound asleep so I sprayed some deodorant in the cat sprayed area and toughed it out. The outside. There was animal feces in the parking lot, of course, right by our vehicle. There was a run down pop up camper and a bunch of garbage (homeless encampment?) tucked into the L of the building by the service door at the rear. Over all. Just a really terrible property. Not the quality one expects from a Quality Inn. Very disappointed. The staff. Very nice people."

"This hotel was not what I expected from the pictures. When I pulled into the parking lot it seemed sketchy. Front desk was super great! All rooms are on one level, curtain in room was broke so I used a hair clip to close. Dated, no upgrades. Outlets are not easily accessible and hard to reach. For the price I managed just fine."
