"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times as a midway stop traveling back home from FL. We never really had any issues until this last stay. Our hotel room had two full size beds. As I was getting ready to go to sleep in one of the beds, I smelled the scent of urine. I thought I was going crazy but when I moved the pillows I definitely smelled urine coming from the bed. I had to share the other bed with my kid. What I couldn’t understand is how housekeeping made the bed up without realizing the mattress smelled of urine. Or, housekeeping did smell the urine and did not bother to do anything about it. This is something you would notify management about and throw away the mattress. I did notify the front desk about this. I always enjoyed staying at this hotel but after the urine filled bed and other guests being loud in the hallway at 2 o’clock in morning, I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again."

"A/C unit in the room was horribly loud and I had to turn it off during the night, so it was hot when sleeping. Started at 66F at 11pm, and 78F when woke up at 7am. I tried to sleep with the unit on the first night but had to turn it off at 2am since I could not sleep because of the loudness of the a/c. Only ice machine working was on the second floor."
