"While the views and vibes were good. The hotel staff presented great customer service. We were in town for a track meet and with early morning starts we were very disappointed that the advertised breakfast with we were given tickets for at check in wasn't available not even for one day of our stay. This was very inconvenient and there was no compensation offered or given."

"Was disappointed, took a shower the night I stayed and the shower water did not get hot. The next morning, I went to use the jacuzzi and it was the same thing, "luke warm" at best. Everything else was standard, no frills hotel."

"This property is currently being renovated. Although that renovation is being done the property is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. I feel that after the renovation is completed it will be awesome, and I would stay there again."

"I honestly would like a refund!!! I asked for a room downstairs he gave me one upstairs I asked for a room by the stairs he gave me one furthest away from the stairs I asked for a quiet room and he gave me a room directly in between 12 Mexican working men who stayed up all night drinking and partying outside of my room. It was hard walking in and out of my room as they were right up on me then one of them made a loud noise later that night and they startled me making me spill my chocolate milk and then was charged $25 for it on top of everything"
