"Even though I was in the back the room did not disappoint very clean and the shower works great everything was perfect and it had a smart TV despite its low price and let me tell you for $80 that is really nice because the rest of $80 hotels are crappy and barely has a shower that’s fictional ahem red roof inn in Miami, and the front desk people are very nice"

"I stayed for three nights. Upon arrival, the service was terrible; they assigned me a room for guests with disabilities. When I asked why they were giving me that specific room, they told me it was all they had available—and I should point out that I had made my reservation two months in advance. When I got home—surprise!—I found two charges on my account: one for $269 and another for $90. I called them, and they claimed they had only processed a single $107 charge for parking and would not take responsibility for the other charges. I want to make it clear that they never mentioned there would be parking fees, and their website actually advertises free parking! I am absolutely furious."

"The Resort and Employees were GREAT Specially Keaira at the check in desk. now as for the unit we stayed in which is Managed by Vacasa Unit 1-902 was very poorly maintained, doors to balcony didn't lock and main slider was very hard to open and close, master bath had a whirlpool tub that had no drain stopper so it was unusable, master bath hair dryer doesn't work either. Furniture worn and even kitchen faucet handle fell off when turned on, door from second bedroom to balcony when opened door knob fell off plus door wouldn't lock. When we arrived our reservation wasn't here yet Vacasa the Management company for this unit failed to send to the Resort our confirmation, it took an hour on the phone with Kim at Vacasa to finally get the reservation confirmation sent to The Resort. As I mentioned above Keaira the Resort check in clerk was very helpful and assisted to make this time a little less stressful but no thanks from Vacasa Management. I would definitely never recumbent them. "

"To begin, the receptionist in the lobby were attempting to help two people at one time and ended up having to navigate to only helping one person. A clear sign that multitasking. King wasn’t the best option at the front desk. The overall location of the hotel is great, but the hotel itself is very rundown, The parking lot all around the hotel pot holes, The overall appearance just seems gloomy. The hotel explained that they had two elevators, but that neither one of them worked, The painting on the exterior as well as interior of the rooms has been painted over rust and other sorts of deterioration, Keeping never cleaned my room and when ask they informed me that they clean the room every three days. Upon leaving the hotel to go out during the day, breakfast was always put up hours earlier than the times Listed for breakfast. I’d Prefer not to go on a rant, But in addition to charging the hundred dollar deposit for incidentals, I have had to visit the hotel several times to inquire why I haven’t received mine after 10 days."
