The environment is very hot and especially hot. Open a small seam window at night to not heat up. There are small problems that can be solved (from early February). There is no photo. There is also a sink. The bathroom is also dry and wet.

The lobby offers complimentary snacks and a tea service, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and very attentive. The room facilities are very new, with a luggage rack, a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a semi-automatic toilet. The curtains are electric, which is quite smart! The complimentary bottled water is excellent, it's from Bama, and the hidden charging port on the tea tray is a great touch. The breakfast restaurant is elegant and bright, with a good variety of options, and the young lady at the restaurant was very cheerful and lovely!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are large supermarkets and various small shops nearby, eating and shopping are very convenient, walking distance from the train! The hotel is clean and hygienic, the service is thoughtful and warm, recommended!

The breakfast was plentiful, the transportation was convenient, and the service was attentive and warm. A special note: the hotel has added a light evening meal service, including congee, boiled eggs, steamed dishes, and snacks. It's a thoughtful touch and more than enough for someone traveling alone on business.

Overall, a very good experience. The front desk staff were very nice and beautiful. The hotel's exterior and environment were excellent, with a relaxing and pleasant feel. Even spending a whole day in the hotel's small garden would be very comfortable. The rooms had good blackout and soundproofing. The breakfast and lunch were good, the rooms were relatively new, and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely come back next time.

Whenever I go back, I always stay at the Hilton Haicheng. The location is quite convenient, and I really like their wide variety of breakfast options. Every time I come to Haicheng, I choose to stay here. I especially appreciate their warm service. They offer free parking, a laundry room, a gym, and charging stations, which is all very convenient and highly recommended! A special shout-out to the lovely ladies at the front desk; they are all incredibly nice and provide excellent service! 👍🏻👍🏻
