Family hotels in Anshan

A very satisfying family trip! A paradise for kids in Northeast China! Freedom to play in the snow, and a relaxing soak in the hot springs at night. I thought the breakfast was good; opinions on noodles are subjective, but my family loves noodles, so it was perfect for us. The animals were all very friendly, and the Kapibals were adorable. Overall, the kids had a wonderful time.

房間環境整潔乾淨衞生，淋浴間水温及花灑壓力都還好，可酒店位置臨近主要街路，所以晚上過往車輛的噪聲或多或少會影響正常睡眠。但存在的主要問題有五：一是淋浴間空間極限小，我身高一米七二，體重70公斤，因空間狹窄無法彎腰都無法沖洗小腿；二是“温泉”出水壓力過小，約1.5*1.2泡池面積，如蓄水30cm高得需要二小時；三是對“温泉”水質可疑？因為“温泉”水質清澈透明毫無滑膩感；四是“温泉”出水温度低，甚至在二小時的蓄水後期竟然出的水是涼水温度（這樣的温泉水我真有點懷疑人生而無語了），所以泡池水的温度衹能維持在約37～39度之間；五是因為泡池蓄水需要較長時間，所以大部分住宿客人，在半夜三更開始向泡池蓄水，而“温泉”水管出水噪聲嚴重影響正常睡眠。今年9月中下旬，我曾在承德格林豪泰雙塔山酒店入住過，酒店環境、服務、早餐等體驗感都很不錯。所以本次也選擇了格林豪泰，但此次因不盡如人意而滿滿的失落感。希望酒店能加強改進吧！

Stayed in Yingbin Building and had dinner at Longgong Hot Spring. The service in Yingbin Building was good and well-received, but the service in Longgong needs to be improved. The room I booked came with double breakfast, and a 1.2-meter child was free, but the child was actually charged 19 yuan for dinner (the child was three years old and less than 1 meter tall).

The room is large, but the front desk is not flexible, because reimbursement requires a transaction, and I was told that I can only charge the amount for the hotel room rate. The rate on Ctrip is a few dollars higher than the hotel rate. I asked him to write a transaction according to the amount on Ctrip, but it didn't work. It's not Invoice, and I did spend so much on the room fee

It was my first time staying at Wuhuan Hotel. I came here because the room rate was very favorable. Although the rating was a bit low, I felt really good when I checked in. The front desk was very friendly. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, they helped me carry it upstairs. They briefly introduced the switches of various lights in the room, which was a bit complicated. Other people's comments were more or less biased. In short, the overall feeling was very good. If I have the opportunity to come to Anshan in the future, I will stay here again…

We ate at the restaurant that evening; the prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, and the food was tasty. The complimentary hot spring bath had excellent water quality. Our itinerary was to climb Qianshan Mountain on the first day, stay here that night, and then soak in the hot spring on the second day – perfect!
