Anshan's little Anaya, the place is not big, warm and cozy, quiet and refreshing, come in winter, enjoy the warm sun, outdoor hot spring, suitable for relaxation, there is the basis of Clear Water Bay, the environment is upgraded here, the sunrise room extra bed, the extra bed service staff is warm and thoughtful, it is recommended to cancel the sofa on the first floor of some sunrise rooms, Designed as a tatami that can be seated and sleepy, the overall space of this room is also very easy for 4 people. It is also convenient to take care of the elderly and children. If the nightingale in winter can be restored, the freshly made noodles will be warmer. The service staff in the lobby were very enthusiastic, but the management staff criticized the staff in front of the customers, and the service staff was regressed to the customers.

The hotel's underground parking lot has many parking spaces, convenient parking, and the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. The hotel is decorated in style and the room is very comfortable in the new Chinese style. There are various dining options around, very close and very convenient. The breakfast the next morning was rich in variety and tasted good. I liked to eat that intestine. Anshan tofu brain and sauerkraut soup also had hearts! Very satisfied stay experience!

房間環境整潔乾淨衞生，淋浴間水温及花灑壓力都還好，可酒店位置臨近主要街路，所以晚上過往車輛的噪聲或多或少會影響正常睡眠。但存在的主要問題有五：一是淋浴間空間極限小，我身高一米七二，體重70公斤，因空間狹窄無法彎腰都無法沖洗小腿；二是“温泉”出水壓力過小，約1.5*1.2泡池面積，如蓄水30cm高得需要二小時；三是對“温泉”水質可疑？因為“温泉”水質清澈透明毫無滑膩感；四是“温泉”出水温度低，甚至在二小時的蓄水後期竟然出的水是涼水温度（這樣的温泉水我真有點懷疑人生而無語了），所以泡池水的温度衹能維持在約37～39度之間；五是因為泡池蓄水需要較長時間，所以大部分住宿客人，在半夜三更開始向泡池蓄水，而“温泉”水管出水噪聲嚴重影響正常睡眠。今年9月中下旬，我曾在承德格林豪泰雙塔山酒店入住過，酒店環境、服務、早餐等體驗感都很不錯。所以本次也選擇了格林豪泰，但此次因不盡如人意而滿滿的失落感。希望酒店能加強改進吧！

It was my first time staying at Wuhuan Hotel. I came here because the room rate was very favorable. Although the rating was a bit low, I felt really good when I checked in. The front desk was very friendly. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, they helped me carry it upstairs. They briefly introduced the switches of various lights in the room, which was a bit complicated. Other people's comments were more or less biased. In short, the overall feeling was very good. If I have the opportunity to come to Anshan in the future, I will stay here again…

Stayed in Yingbin Building and had dinner at Longgong Hot Spring. The service in Yingbin Building was good and well-received, but the service in Longgong needs to be improved. The room I booked came with double breakfast, and a 1.2-meter child was free, but the child was actually charged 19 yuan for dinner (the child was three years old and less than 1 meter tall).

The environment is very high-end, the breakfast is particularly rich, from the check-in to the room, all the service staff are super good, the front desk beauty also sent a gift. The second floor of the hotel is a hot spring bath. After the bath is steamed, there are free fruits and Kanto cooking. The experience is really super good. I will definitely visit it next time.

We were satisfied with the room, had plenty of parking, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We ate at the restaurant that evening; the prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, and the food was tasty. The complimentary hot spring bath had excellent water quality. Our itinerary was to climb Qianshan Mountain on the first day, stay here that night, and then soak in the hot spring on the second day – perfect!

The hotel has a convenient transportation location. It is convenient to go to the pedestrian street in front of Anshan Railway Station. I have lived here several times. I like it here. Thank you for your warm service.
