"Before checking in, I was particularly worried about formaldehyde odor in the newly renovated room, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary! The air in the room was fresh and clear, with no pungent smell. The hotel had undergone professional formaldehyde removal treatment, so I felt safe and at ease staying there. It was especially reassuring to bring elderly people and children. The hotel paid attention to details, and I was very satisfied with this hotel during my trip. They even provided complimentary fruit, which was super fresh. This hotel is highly recommended for its value.

GGuest UserDuring my long road trip through western Sichuan, I stopped in Maoxian County for a rest and decisively chose this City Comfort Inn. The entire stay exceeded my expectations!
The hotel's location is excellent; it's easy to find by car, parking is hassle-free, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby, satisfying my cravings for Qiang cuisine or simple meals without the hassle of long journeys searching for food. The room was exceptionally well-cleaned, the bedding was dry and soft, and I could relax immediately after a long day of travel. The hot water was quick and at a stable temperature, making it especially comfortable to wash up and rest while traveling. The soundproofing in the room was excellent at night, keeping me away from road noise, allowing me to sleep soundly and be refreshed for my journey to other parts of Aba.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick. When I asked them about nearby roads and scenic spots, they patiently provided practical suggestions. As a transit point in Maoxian County, this hotel offers excellent value for money. It has solid basic facilities and no unnecessary or complicated charges. It is highly recommended for those driving through western Sichuan and passing through Maoxian County to stop here for a short rest!

QqiaoleonI've stayed here several times; the rooms are nice, and the service is good. The front desk gave me one room key, so I asked the hotel for an extra one. They did give it to me, but emphasized that I had to return it to the front desk the next day and that they wouldn't charge me a deposit for the second key. My question is: I booked a twin room for two people; shouldn't we be provided with two key cards? Does the hotel assume that we will leave and return to the room together? What if we don't move at the same time? How do we get into the room? And they're charging a deposit for the second key!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because of the good reviews, but my experience after checking in was quite disappointing. The bed was old and low, and the mattress and bed frame were a bit misaligned. The first night, the shower water was a bit cold. The second night, I guess someone complained, and the temperature was adjusted. The hotel's breakfast selection was mediocre. Eating the cold dishes made me feel unwell; after breakfast, we went to the Ancient Qiang Village and ended up looking for restrooms all along the way, rushing to buy medicine. The next morning, I avoided the cold dishes and didn't have any more stomach issues. The hotel service was just so-so. Upon check-in, I noticed the outside environment was terrible, with messy wires and trash outside the window. I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms or upgrade for an extra fee. A female staff member hesitated, seemingly about to agree, but another quickly interrupted her, saying there were no rooms available. The next morning, they asked if we still wanted to switch, but the room number they offered also had a poor environment. Plus, we were checking out the next day, so we didn't bother with the hassle. Overall, I felt this was the worst hotel I've stayed at during this trip.

Arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, and I took a break when I entered the door. As soon as I opened the window in the morning, I found that the scenery outside the window was so beautiful! ! !
I accidentally found that there was a Dai ancient city and the opening ceremony nearby. I decided to increase the itinerary in the morning~ It is rare to encounter a Dai wedding~
The boss gave me delicious cherries~ I only knew that there were rich cherries here~ I bought a lot on the return trip~
Because I was on the road, it was a pity that I didn't eat the breakfast made by the boss himself! Definitely next time!
