GGuest UserThe boss is very enthusiastic. As soon as we arrived, he directed us to park the car and move our luggage. The room was very comfortable overall and the whole house was designed to be beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast cannot be said to be super rich, but it must be said that it has everything we should have, including staple food, milk, vegetables, Fruits, steamed buns, etc., and unlimited supply of dried fruits at the front desk. The B&B has just opened and some areas are not perfect, but I think the boss is sincere and he is slowly improving. I will come again if I come to Bagua City.

GGanjubingChoosing Wuyin Zhidi for our trip to Kalajun was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is super close to the East Gate of Kalajun Scenic Area, just a ten-minute drive. Our butler, Xiao Ba, wasn't just handsome, but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He was always responsive to our needs and gave us great tips on the best places to visit and the most beautiful scenic spots – he was really, really nice! As for the hotel room, it was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. They even treated us to a wonderful, extensive afternoon tea with incredibly sweet fruit. This place is definitely worth it! Highly, highly recommend!!!

GGuest User1️⃣ The room matched the pictures, but there was hair on both beds, even though no one had slept on them. The housekeeper seemed quite agitated when she came in. We clearly stated that we believed they had changed the sheets, but the obvious hair was unpleasant, and we hoped they could change them again. The housekeeper was also quite aggressive, repeatedly asking what we wanted. We clearly stated that changing the sheets would solve the problem. She probably didn't want to change them, so she gave us the room next door. The pillows in the next room also had obvious yellow stains, and the sheets still had hair. I showed it to the housekeeper, and she said they were old and their eyesight wasn't good, and that they had already changed the sheets anyway! In the end, we didn't change rooms, and the housekeeper didn't change the sheets or duvet covers!
2️⃣ We booked a twin room for three people, and the room was for two people. We asked the housekeeper for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel, but she kept passing the buck, saying there were some in the room. I explained that there were three of us, and two sets in the room, which wasn't enough. The housekeeper kept repeating that there were some in the room! Since you saw three of us checking in and assigning us a room, I assumed you accepted three people. Is it reasonable for me to ask for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel? I didn't ask for more than the number of guests.
3️⃣ The bedside lamp on the left side of the entrance kept flickering, and the lights in the whole room seemed to flicker constantly, making it very uncomfortable for my eyes while lying in bed.
When traveling, we don't need overly enthusiastic service. Just meeting our reasonable requests is fine. Asking for disposable toiletries was met with hesitation and extreme reluctance. The sheets and duvet covers had obvious hair, and we asked for new ones, but they weren't changed in the end, so we just slept in them anyway.

AAnonymous UserI was on a business trip and passed through Tekes and picked this hotel blindly. I saw that it was newly opened and in the city center, so I booked it for the convenience of travel. I thought it might have the feeling of new decoration, but it didn't have it at all. I originally wanted to book a room for 4 but accidentally booked a room for 8. However, no one stayed with me that night, so it was very cost-effective to stay alone. The room was very spacious, and each bed was equipped with an independent wardrobe. Although the bathroom in the multi-person room I stayed in was not independent, it was large and clean, and there was also a gym and laundry room. The hotel's mattress is also very comfortable and it is very quiet at night. The breakfast room doesn't seem to be open at the moment, but there is a breakfast shop and a meatball soup shop downstairs in the hotel, and the taste is also very good. The service provided by the ethnic minority girl at the front desk was also good. She was very welcoming and smiling. I will come again on my return trip!

· Room Facilities: The room looked exactly as pictured, even cozier in person! It was spotlessly clean, tidy, and furnished with comprehensive, high-quality facilities. The bedding, in particular, was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a log all night.
· Front Desk Service: The staff's service was absolutely superb, and they responded to messages incredibly promptly. They provided detailed check-in instructions even before our arrival and were always quick to help with any questions or issues during our stay. We especially appreciated their thoughtful local recommendations for food, drink, and entertainment!
· Overall Impression: The thoughtful touches were evident in every detail, from the complimentary snacks to the exquisite toiletries. It offers exceptional value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The service was meticulous and thoughtful, making for an excellent experience throughout the stay. The warm and considerate service was particularly memorable, and I would definitely stay here again next time. The laundry room and dryer were especially convenient.

The rooms all have small refrigerators and are fairly clean.
But this time, probably because of the Eid al-Adha, the customer service was not very good.
I stayed for two nights in a row. I told the waiter to change towels and toiletries in the morning, but when I returned to the hotel at noon the next day, the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and continued my trip. When I returned to the room in the early hours of the night, it was still not changed. After I told the front desk again, it took 20 minutes to change it.

LLaibayueA hotel that exceeded expectations. It's newly opened with new facilities, powerful air conditioning, large rooms, good lighting, good sound insulation, and a very rich breakfast. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the hand sanitizer is hard to squeeze out, but everything else is perfect! ! The attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. It was the best stay in Xinjiang.

The lobby is also spacious and atmospheric, and there is a reception area. The service attitude is amiable, patient with a smile, and responsive to all requests. The space in the room is well arranged, and the dry and wet separation is particularly good. Bathing, washing, and going to the toilet do not affect each other. I really think about what the customers want.
