Originally not too high expectations, the result was unexpectedly good! The room was clean, large, warm and comfortable. Especially the scenery outside the window, I didn't expect it to be a snow-capped mountain view room. Although the location is not in Yaocheng, it takes only a few minutes to drive, but it is more convenient to go to Kalajun, and there are a lot of food downstairs, which is really good.

This guesthouse was such a pleasant surprise, it completely exceeded my expectations! The location is super easy to find, the neighborhood is quiet yet convenient for getting around. Whether it's shopping or dining, nothing is too far away. As soon as I walked in, I was drawn to the ambiance – the decor is cozy yet stylish, and you can tell the host put a lot of thought into the details. Their aesthetic taste is really impressive. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making for a really reassuring stay. The host was incredibly warm and attentive, communicating check-in details in advance and responding promptly to any questions. They even offered thoughtful recommendations for local food and attractions. The service truly deserves full marks; it felt just like coming home. Overall, the experience was fantastic, offering incredible value for money. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay, with absolutely no regrets. Next time I'm in the area, this guesthouse will definitely be my first choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, whether you're traveling with friends, family, or solo – it promises an absolutely wonderful accommodation experience!

The hotel is conveniently located near Baguacheng Night Market, and right opposite Chuntai Hand-Grabbed Noodles. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable bedding. All the staff were polite, especially a lady on the fourth floor – I'm not sure if she was a supervisor. The front desk had only activated our room card for one day, so when we came back the next day, we couldn't get in. This lady not only helped us open the door but also proactively went to the front desk to get our card reactivated and brought it back to our room. The next morning, she also helped us at the restaurant to confirm our breakfast vouchers with the front desk, saving us from having to run around.

Choosing Wuyin Zhidi for our trip to Kalajun was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is super close to the East Gate of Kalajun Scenic Area, just a ten-minute drive. Our butler, Xiao Ba, wasn't just handsome, but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He was always responsive to our needs and gave us great tips on the best places to visit and the most beautiful scenic spots – he was really, really nice! As for the hotel room, it was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. They even treated us to a wonderful, extensive afternoon tea with incredibly sweet fruit. This place is definitely worth it! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Wenzhou International Hotel is of guaranteed quality and has very good service. The rooms all have small refrigerators and are fairly clean. But this time, probably because of the Eid al-Adha, the customer service was not very good. I stayed for two nights in a row. I told the waiter to change towels and toiletries in the morning, but when I returned to the hotel at noon the next day, the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and continued my trip. When I returned to the room in the early hours of the night, it was still not changed. After I told the front desk again, it took 20 minutes to change it.

This yurts and wooden cabins hotel is quite unique, nestled on a hilltop right next to the self-driving east gate of the Kalajun scenic area, so the location is great. The views are absolutely stunning, with the entire Kalajun Valley meadow stretching out before you. The full-length windows in the rooms are also top-notch. There are even three adorable little lambs in the common area. Due to infrastructure limitations, the room size isn't huge, and the electric water heater only provides hot water for 20 minutes before needing to reheat. However, these are acceptable compromises. The hardware itself deserves praise; I wouldn't even mind if it wasn't fully renovated. BUT, the biggest issue is: is this establishment operating as a guesthouse or a hotel? It's affiliated with LICHEN Hotels, but the service is completely unlike a hotel. While the front desk and restaurant staff were working diligently, other staff members on the sofa seemed to be slacking off, laughing and chatting. Slacking off shouldn't happen in a hotel's public areas; this is a matter of attitude. The paths to the rooms are unpaved, and luggage is transported by small tricycles. During the day, staff members didn't greet guests and simply walked past like strangers. At night, there was even suspected noise from a party. Staff were having a private barbecue nearby, which wasn't open to guests – just for employees. This is so unprofessional, folks! What can I say! I bet the boss holds morning meetings, but they're clearly useless, as nobody seems to have learned anything. Oh, and by the way, I don't really expect this review to lead to improvements, but for future guests, please lower your expectations to have a better experience. Sincerely.

It offers exceptional value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

A hotel that exceeded expectations. It's newly opened with new facilities, powerful air conditioning, large rooms, good lighting, good sound insulation, and a very rich breakfast. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the hand sanitizer is hard to squeeze out, but everything else is perfect! ! The attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. It was the best stay in Xinjiang.

Mainly to say the opinions, the laundry room does not have laundry detergent, there is washing powder, there is no division, and a large bag. The dryer is not very good. The hotel changed its name, the platform did not change, and I found several laps. The umbrella in the house is bad, and the window screens are also bad. This rating hotel should not.

I give this hotel five stars. The facilities are complete and cost-effective. The breakfast is rich and clean. I am very satisfied! The lobby is also spacious and atmospheric, and there is a reception area. The service attitude is amiable, patient with a smile, and responsive to all requests. The space in the room is well arranged, and the dry and wet separation is particularly good. Bathing, washing, and going to the toilet do not affect each other. I really think about what the customers want.
