GGuest UserThe room has a good view and you can see the vineyard, but the hotel facilities are a bit old and the health is good. Because there is no reservation for dinner in advance, the reservation is full when you arrive at the hotel. There is no restaurant open on Sunday night, so I didn’t eat dinner. The next day because it was Monday. The hotel also did not provide lunch, a little disappointed. Breakfast is a bit worthless, 30 euros a person, are very ordinary meals. But the service is very good, the service attitude of every staff is very good.

The hotel's underground parking garage has limited spaces, and it was full when we arrived late. We could hear about a nearby public parking lot, which has a 24-hour cap of €13.40 and is a four-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The spa is very good , clean , swimming pool , sauna , hammam and the possibility of care . The restaurant , what to say , exceptional , refined , surprised , A real delicious. Magic stay.

WwalterThe hotel was soled out. The first morning breackfast was a total desaster. No personal, almost impossible to have food. Even a problem to have a hot drink.

Mmiss banzaiLocation is great, just on the city center of the city. At the time I stayed, there happen to be a Christmas market just outside the hotel, since that is the big market place. Very cute. Totally would recommend for traveller's who are visiting the city. The hotel is chic, and is good value for money.

GGuest UserIm Bereich der Reception wirkt das Personal etwas überfordert. Der Zimmerpreis war günstig, dafür Speisen und Getränke überteuert, insb. die Champagner. Hatten ruhiges Zimmer bestellt und bekamen - obwohl keineswegs ausgebucht - ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug und zur Straße hin - ist das Kundenorientierung auf Französisch? Zudem schlechtes Licht im Badezimmer, da Spiegelleuchte nicht funktionierte. Der Ort selbst wirkt trist und bietet touristisch außer für Weinbergwanderer und Radfahrer nichts, außer ein paar Champagnerwinzer. Für mehr muss man in größere Orte/Städte fahren, wie Châlons-de-Champagne, Épernay oder Reims. Kurz: einmal dort genügt.
