GGuest UserLocated in the city center, surrounded by bustling and lively. There are complete commercial facilities, and Walmart supermarket and large shopping mall are opposite. The hotel breakfast is very good, the service is very professional, and there is a restaurant street next to the hotel.

GGuest UserI made my reservation through Trip.com and I had a payable amount of $3, 900.70 MXN. However, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they commented that the amount was $4, 397.19 MXN. When they showed them my booking confirmation email and the amount for which I had booked, they commented that it was certainly a matter for the exchange rate. However, I made the observation that I reserved in MXN and the amount was in MXN, which had not because there was that detail, and yet, it is a 12.73% difference, something abuse to be by exchange rate. After insisting a few times that they were reviewing it, they were not able to correct the amount arguing that that was the price that passed to you TRIP.COM and that they could not modify it (even when I taught them the mail with the price of my reservation). It's the first time in my life I pay a different amount than that came in my booking. I'm very disappointed and I would like a refund to me. Attach a photo of the bill where the amount that was charged comes to me.
