Amazing
SSaran KhHad a 10 night stay at Lexia. Firstly, the location was very comfy, it was near the beach and close to many great restaurants. There's a 2-3 min walk to Helsinki supermarket which closes at 3am, Mackbear.co with great San Sebastián which located in 5 min walk distance. The streets were beautiful and peaceful. The hotel itself is really chic and clean. The staff are welcoming and nice, not rude in any way. The breakfast was super delicious, though it was not a buffet, we had all the things we liked to eat, the all kinds of hams and cheese and bread were yummy. The pool on the -1 floor was clean and we almost always had it only to ourselves. On the first couple of days the wifi was not working, but the staff fixed it the next day so we were cool. The room cleaning service was a bit lacking, the ladies did not clean everything, maybe we should've told them to wipe the counters regularly. At first we used to hide our laptops and precious stuff in locked luggages, but then stopped, because no one was gonna take them! We just left our laptops on the bed and they would be there when we come back. Overall, the safety, vibes, aesthetics and food qualities are top.
GGuest UserWe flew in for New Year's and stayed at Akra V across the street, but we used all the facilities of the Akra hotel. The indoor pool is fantastic, a comfortable 28 degrees, and you can swim under to the outdoor heated section. There's an excellent sauna and hammam, plus a huge gym. Towels are provided at the spa entrance. We brought robes from our room. Everything was very impressive.
WWannengqingnian7We booked the honeymoon suite. The room was a bit small, but the little balcony overlooked the sea, and the view was fantastic. The ocean was so clear and beautiful, it was really refreshing.
As a honeymoon special, we received complimentary strawberries and a bottle of sparkling wine 🍾, which was a nice touch. The quality of the water provided was also good – two large glass bottles.
The honeymoon package also included two services: first, a free cocktail for each of us at the bar, which was good. Second, a complimentary 20-minute massage for each person. However, booking this was incredibly difficult – we couldn't get an appointment at all, which was a really frustrating experience. Plus, the receptionist at the massage desk was noticeably unenthusiastic.
The best part was definitely the free bicycles provided by the hotel. We could cycle along the coast, which was incredibly enjoyable – everyone was so envious!
GGuest UserThe hotel was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and took the all inclusive. The food options were decent but were repeated. The drinks were unlimited and available for majority of the day. The indoor pool, sauna and hamam were really good and well maintained. There were events in the evening as well which can be attended to. Overall had a really good stay and would recommend.
GGuest UserClean, tidy, and a convenient beach. There's food for every taste, and you can eat around the clock (I easily got a meal at 4 AM before fishing). Almost all the staff are from Kyrgyzstan or Kazakhstan, so everyone understands you perfectly in Russian. I'd like to point out that the staff are generally friendly and welcoming, although there are exceptions (my wife and I couldn't get into the restaurant because we only stayed at the hotel for two days, and that's really just an excuse. In other hotels, where we also stayed for 3-4 days, they managed to find us an hour at the à la carte restaurant – now that's service and a personal touch). The refusal from the restaurant is a minus, but otherwise, everything is good. Will we come back here again? I don't know, maybe, but we'll definitely return to other hotels (I don't want to specify which ones, but they're very close by) where we were treated with understanding in the near future.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants. The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option. There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks.
The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens. They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free). The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily.
It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.
GGuest UserI've stayed at many Rixos hotels in different countries. Some of their hotels have the 'Premium' designation. However, this Rixos Downtown Antalya is NOT Premium. So, I don't understand some of the demanding reviews. The hotel doesn't hide the fact that it's an older, standard 5-star property, but with good service.
Basically, if you don't expect premium when it's not advertised, everything will be fine.
The grounds are very compact, but they have everything you need for a small, comfortable vacation. No, there's no salmon for breakfast, but the food is quite varied and high-quality; Rixos stays true to itself in this regard.
The room was good (we had a Comfort room with a sea view), and everything was in working order, including the bathroom. No dirt, mold, or other common issues with older hotels were noticed. Housekeeping was done daily.
I only noted one downside: the double bed had two single mattresses covered by one sheet. By morning, they would separate, so one of us would wake up in the gap between the mattresses. The pillows were also uncomfortable, and there was no pillow menu.
Otherwise, everything was great.
The heated pool was 29-30 degrees Celsius, there's a spa, hammam, Russian steam room, and Finnish sauna. The landscape is picturesque, and they have good bicycles (free of charge) for rides along the sea.

Ssanchirbayar UndrakhI'm sorry to hear about your experience at the hotel. Here's a revised version of your review reflecting your feedback:
Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.
Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features.
Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.
DDanish ShadabNot very satisfied with the room size and other services. I booked my room inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Set breakfast with minimum spread. Dinner was also set with only three options to choose from.
