GGuest UserThe hotel is on a hillside, and it is a second-line sea view room. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to eat. The 4-person room on the second floor can see a small part of the sea. The room is spacious and bright, and the balcony and bathroom area are also large. The only problem is that there is no water barrier on the floor of the shower, which causes the shower water to spray onto the floor under the washbasin, which is not perfect. There are many parking spaces indoors and outdoors. It is recommended to rent a car for convenient travel.

GGuest UserIt's been a while since I last visited Guam. Since I was traveling alone, I stayed at REEF, which is close to downtown. The hotel is old and not very sparkly. The room and the bathroom are clean. The restaurant's drainage was broken, so I booked a room with breakfast included, but I decided to eat at Eggs 'n Things, IHOP, and another restaurant. However, I could use the meal coupon at any time, so I was able to eat lunch there too, which was good. I was alone in one room, but I paid for breakfast for two people. So I was lucky to get a meal coupon for two people. I only had to pay for dinner, so I saved money! The pool is always empty, so there's no need to fight for a seat. If the weather is good, you can see the sunset from the infinity pool! DFS, JP Store, etc. are just a short walk away. The trolley stop is along the street, so it's easy to get around. Only Kmart is a little difficult to get to.

GGuest UserSince I was arriving early in the morning, I booked and stayed for a day or two. The staff were friendly, and although the building is old, it was clean. You could hear the toilet flushing in the neighboring rooms. Still, I had a pleasant stay.

AAnonymous UserOriginally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.

GGuest UserThe moment I walked in, the smell was pleasant, and it was comfortable and wonderful. The staff was friendly, and the room was in excellent condition. The bed was a little creaky and too soft, so I thought it might be bad for my back, but other than that, I loved everything. The ocean view directly from the pool was also amazing, and the sunset view from the passageway next to Starbucks was the most beautiful and amazing ocean view I've ever seen. I'd love to go back again if I get the chance!

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

GGuest UserAlthough we stayed during a typhoon, the staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and we were able to spend a comfortable time.
There is an ABC store next door, which is convenient for buying drinks and snacks.
It's within walking distance to duty free, so the location is no problem. You can also walk to the beach.
I rented a car and there was ample parking space behind the hotel, which I could use for free.
The free Wifi in the hotel was a little weak, but it wasn't a problem. NHK was also shown on the TV.
Recommended for those looking for reasonable accommodation.
