GGuest UserThe view was lovely, and the pool was excellent. The room felt very clean, perhaps thanks to the wooden floors. I even brought a shower filter with me, and it stayed perfectly clear for all four days, which was a reassuring sign of good water quality. However, the staff service was quite disappointing.

SSuinAll the staff were so very kind and the room condition was the best! The buffet is really... delicious. If you stay for multiple nights, make sure to have breakfast at least one day! I also had dinner and it was fun because they put on a show. ă

For environmental protection, they clean every other day and if you don't leave the green card next to the bed on the bed, they won't change the bedding during cleaning. The ocean view was the best and the service was also very satisfactory!

NNalanippsI like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasnât great, not the hotels fault so I didnât swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasnât any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. Iâve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesnât turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldnât get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

AAnonymous UserOriginally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

LLaochanArrived in Guam via Korean Air, got to the hotel around 2 AM, and check-in was incredibly smooth. The hotel has everything you need and is really good. There's also a large parking lot right outside. The 12 PM checkout time feels a bit early though. There are lots of great food options nearby; the simplest, McDonald's, is right across the street.

GGuest UserI stayed on the 28th floor of Oceania Building B. The water park ocean view was absolutely satisfying. I was a bit worried because there were a lot of comments about the facilities being old, but it wasn't an issue at all. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the bathroom looked like it was prefabricated, which made me feel a bit dizzy. Other than that, even though there were signs of age, water purifiers were installed on every two floors, and I didn't experience much inconvenience. The staff were friendly. The walk to the parking lot was a bit far, but it was fine once I knew the shortcut. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a tip, the Taikoh Rent across the street is run by locals and was cheap and good. I had considered using a Korean rental car company but I'm glad I went with the cheaper option.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

GGuest UserIt was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.

BBaijiahei2006Good location, only 26đŞ taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.
