"The room was clean and perfect for one person. The ammenities were lacking a bit but for the price of the room, it wasn’t a big deal. All staff were nice and attentive. I’d stay again if I were to visit Guam by myself again."

You can perfectly stay three nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel. The aquarium is really close, just 5 minutes walking. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, toothbrush, and complimentary water and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel has great outdoor swimming pools with great views to sea. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance."

"This is a hotel I would definitely stay at again! I struggled to understand English when checking out when there were no Japanese staff present, lol. My children are in junior high school, so a pool this size was just right, and I chose this hotel primarily for its location. We stayed for three nights, and the food and atmosphere were so good that we had dinner at the poolside bar on two of those nights."

"Stayed in several different hotels in Guam over the past few years. I keep coming back to Nikko for a few reasons: best view (in my opinion), reasonably priced, beach access, water slides, well maintained laundromat… However, I do need to live with some shortcomings: the shower is in need of a major renovation (grab bar is loose, towel rack is falling apart, caulking is laughable…) I was here Jan 2025 and returned in April 2025. I saw an improvement in management at front desk and in Toh Lee restaurant. An added bonus: short walk to Tsubaki Tower with its 24 hr cafe and other good stuff."

"After considering several hotels for a family trip, I booked a two-night stay here. The lobby was more upscale than the previous day, but the rest of the facilities felt significantly outdated. The pool was covered in leaves and debris. No one was cleaning up, and only two other groups, including us, were playing. From then on, we only played in the infinity pool. The buffet was the worst. I booked it hoping to have a quick meal, but they offered a discount for guests. We paid $68.75, including tax, for two adults and one child. There was barely any food to eat. We just ate vegetables. My child said he didn't have anything to eat. There were only two drinks: calamansi-flavored lemonade and iced tea. It was a truly unique experience. The cigarette sensor kept going off in the middle of the night, waking me up early. Turns out it was a dead battery. And when I parked my rental car in the parking lot, there were wild chickens pooping all over the place. It was just hilarious."

"1. The lobby service was terrible. On the day of check-out, the check-out time was listed as 12:00, so I showered, packed my bags, and had some time to spare. I left the room around 11:10 to take some photos. Returning to the room around 11:30, I was shocked to find that my key card wasn't working and the door wouldn't open. I had my phone charging, my suitcase, and my passport in the room, and the key card wouldn't open the door... I rushed to the lobby and asked the staff, and they told me that they'd locked the key card before check-out time to prevent late check-outs. So I complained, saying that it was against the rules to lock the key card while the check-out time was listed as 12:00 and it was still normal usage time. Sweat was dripping down my body, my sunscreen was dripping, and my clothes were soaking wet. I almost swore, but I continued to complain, asking if they were being too harsh. The staff member sincerely apologized. And after they fixed the card key, I went to my room, grabbed my luggage, and checked out. It was check-out time, so I didn't have time to shower again. ㅜㅜ On my last day at pic, I had to spend the afternoon (shopping, etc.) and my flight (3:00 AM the next day) in sweaty clothes and a stuffy body. It was an absurd and worst travel experience. I've lost all desire to come back. I hope that after my review today, the pic staff will improve their problems so that no one else will be a victim. 2. It's a great place for kids to play. There are mini-games every hour, so you can have a fulfilling day. Parents have to be busy (making reservations, waiting in line for minigames, etc.) to keep kids happy~~~~ 3. Breakfast: Skylight, honestly, 4-5 out of 10. Lunch: Hamburger, 4-5. Lunch: Bistro, 7-9 depending on menu selection. Lunch: Hokkaido: The soup is okay, but the noodles are terrible, 5-6. Hanogi has been closed since September. Dinner: Bistro, 7-9 depending on menu selection. Dinner: Skylight, 7-9. 4. Most of the staff, except for the staff in charge of the room card locks in the lobby, were friendly. They greeted me first and were very helpful. Have a nice day."

"The hotel is on a hillside, and it is a second-line sea view room. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to eat. The 4-person room on the second floor can see a small part of the sea. The room is spacious and bright, and the balcony and bathroom area are also large. The only problem is that there is no water barrier on the floor of the shower, which causes the shower water to spray onto the floor under the washbasin, which is not perfect. There are many parking spaces indoors and outdoors. It is recommended to rent a car for convenient travel."

"I spent two nights at Dusit Thani and two nights at Crown. Dusit Thani was 400,000 won per night, while Crown was 250,000 won per night. The view from Dusit Thani is absolutely breathtaking, but the interior felt a bit dated. Crown's interior, however, is much more pleasant and comfortable than its view. Many hotels in Guam are showing their age, but Crown recently underwent renovations, making it exceptionally clean with great bedding. To maximize your satisfaction during your trip, I highly recommend checking the renovation date when booking any accommodation."

"The hotel is quite old, the service is good, the bed is quite big, the advantage is that there is a free water park to play in. The breakfast is average, and there is a large supermarket open 24 hours a day nearby. The hotel guests are mainly Japanese and Korean"
