"First of all, I’d like to say my stay at Hotel Tano Guam was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I visited with my 2-year-old daughter for her birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a small cake and even upgraded our room so she would have plenty of space to run around. We absolutely loved the room we stayed in. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the Rooms Division Manager, Jerald Aradanas, for the room upgrade and the thoughtful gifts for my daughter! I also want to mention the night shift front desk staffs, Axel and Gene. They gave us such a warm welcome after our long flight and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. Thank you, Hotel Tano team! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guam. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed for 2 nights with 4 people. The location is great, and the room is spacious and comfortable. There were two queen beds and two pull-down queen beds. There were water bottles in the room, and we could refill them at the water dispenser near the elevator on each floor. It would have been even better if the balcony was a bit larger so all four of us could relax out there. The water pressure in the shower and the hairdryer's power were both excellent."

"the hotel is very accessible to all places. red trolley stopped at the JP superstore the rooms in Phase 2 is not that clean. Our room has plenty of ANTS behind the TV fixture :( late at night we asked for a change of room. The hotel management should impose a daily cleaning as their rooms have ANTS"

"The room was quite spacious, and the hot water was really nice. Parking is free and there are plenty of spots available. The balcony view was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, close to the main road, though not directly by the sea. There are many shops and restaurants just a short walk away, offering plenty of options. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many good places to eat nearby."

"This hotel is a bit out of the way, at the edge of the hotel area, but it's not a problem if you have a rental car! The view is also great, so I highly recommend it! If you come to Guam, you absolutely have to get an ocean view room!"

"The location is fantastic, and the views are amazing! The service is excellent – you can always trust Lotte. If you book a stay that includes lounge access, you don't have to worry about where to eat in expensive Guam. The food caters to Korean tastes, which is a big plus! I compared several places, and this one is definitely my style. It's close to both Tumon Beach and Gun Beach, making it perfect for water activities. The infinity pool also has a stunning view! They have a lot of events too – it's just the best!"

"I enjoyed my stay. I had everything I needed. The mini bar items were complimentary. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The view was amazing and the best part! I had a high floor. The beach was right in front. Service was amazing too. Just a few things to be mindful of, the blinds were slow to open but reasonably quick to close. The balcony door is heavy to push open. The balcony glass could be a bit cleaner. The floor outside the shower gets wet. Walls were a little thin and there needs to be more hooks for the towels to hang. In saying that though, if I return to Guam, I would still stay at this hotel. I hope the hotel can improve on those things mentioned. Definitely worth the visit."

"The place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better."

"The room had an ocean view, and the infinity pool and sunset were beautiful. Although the hotel is a bit old, it was well-maintained and clean, so it wasn't an issue. The room lighting was a bit dim, which was slightly inconvenient. Shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are provided, but there's no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own. All the staff were friendly, and storing luggage before check-in and using the pool were smooth. They also lend towels at the pool, which is very convenient."

"The kids loved the water park! It's close to the airport, and there's a supermarket and outlet mall nearby. I wish the breakfast menu was more varied. Looks like there's an expansion project going on, so it should be even better once that's finished."
