"The view from the hotel was great! We rented a car, so being on top of a hill wasn't an issue at all. We only walked to Tagada Park, but otherwise, we drove everywhere, so the location wasn't a problem 🚙. The parking lot was spacious, covered, and free, which was a big help. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash as theirs don't lather very well. There was no hand soap, so I used body wash, but it would be useful to have some with you. I assumed the clothes dryer was free because it didn't have a 'paid' sign, but laundry and drying each cost $6."

"It was the perfect hotel. I was amazed at how affordable it was for such a great location, spacious rooms, and free drinks. I'll definitely use it again when I visit Guam."

"We have stated in this hotel many times because it is clean and in a good location. We also like the staff very much. The price is quite reasonable considering the high cost of hotel rooms in Guam. Unfortunately times are tough in Guam with fewer tourists and it's very noticeable that the hotel is cutting back on amenities and services. There was also new management, which seems to be stricter. A new person wouldn't notice it as much as we do because we've been there so many times. We are considering possibly staying someplace else the next time we go to Guam, but we'll probably end up at Hotel Tano because it's still is good value for money."

"The location was perfect for a solo traveller. A close walk to the beach, many restaurants, & a shuttle bus that stops at different shopping malls & other hotels. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink and hand rails are stainless steel, but were full of limescale. Nothing was shiny or polished. I was there for a week & only received housekeeping once. I noticed other guests asking the receptionists to get someone to clean their rooms. The reception staff were friendly, however I asked a member of staff to book me a taxi & luckily I double checked because it wasn't booked. Overall it was a nice hotel, I would stay again because of to the location and spacious room. Also around the pool could use a jet wash the floor was filthy."

"The view was beautiful since the balcony faced the ocean. You can relax while watching the sunrise and sunset. We loved the beach and the nature trail as well. We tried to call about the Wi-Fi connection because we were attempting to access the internet through the TV, and they told us that someone would come to our room to fix it. However, no one actually came. We assumed it was because everyone was busy since it was New Year’s Eve. Also, in the bathroom, we noticed a smell similar to old drawers, perhaps coming from the shower curtain. These were only minor concerns, but overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Nikko Guam."

"The location is perfect. There’s a connected shopping mall. Many ABC marts and restaurants nearby. The beach is so beautiful. The swimming pool is good too but close a bit early at 7 pm. The room cleaning is not satisfying. Hairs still on the floor after cleaning. The hotel is quite old. I strongly suggest to change all the towels. Too old."

"All the staff were so very kind and the room condition was the best! The buffet is really... delicious. If you stay for multiple nights, make sure to have breakfast at least one day! I also had dinner and it was fun because they put on a show. ㅎㅎ For environmental protection, they clean every other day and if you don't leave the green card next to the bed on the bed, they won't change the bedding during cleaning. The ocean view was the best and the service was also very satisfactory!"

"I stayed on the 28th floor of Oceania Building B. The water park ocean view was absolutely satisfying. I was a bit worried because there were a lot of comments about the facilities being old, but it wasn't an issue at all. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the bathroom looked like it was prefabricated, which made me feel a bit dizzy. Other than that, even though there were signs of age, water purifiers were installed on every two floors, and I didn't experience much inconvenience. The staff were friendly. The walk to the parking lot was a bit far, but it was fine once I knew the shortcut. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a tip, the Taikoh Rent across the street is run by locals and was cheap and good. I had considered using a Korean rental car company but I'm glad I went with the cheaper option."

"It's far from the hotel district and you'll need a rental car to get around, but it's close to the beautiful Ypao Beach. The facilities are small, but the rooms are spacious. There are four beds, a toilet, and two bathrooms. There's also a kitchen (with cooking utensils and dishes), so you can buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook."
