Fantastic hotel!

Good conditions, clean and hygienic.

Very convenient location for a pleasant stop on our trip. The price was a very good value. Good options for dining.

The room is dark but we just needed a place to spend the night. It was clean and the staff was very nice!

Traveling, the price is still affordable Facilities: Facilities are complete Hygienic: relatively clean, no smell Service: The front desk is very friendly Environment: clean and tidy, relief is true, in general it is worth living

As we checked in, we were told that the hotel was having problems with the system that activate the keys for the room door and that if we played around with the key at our hotel room door that it would eventually work. We tried getting into our room for over 20 minutes and couldn't. Went back to the desk and this time she was able to activate the key because it let us in this time. Then, it says on the door of the pool ( in which our room was directly in front of) that the pool closes at 10pm. We'll, at 1am people were still in the pool and the children were screaming like crazy. We didn't get rest at all. We would never stay here again

Great newly renovated rooms-clean and fresh. But the service at the front desk at night was disappointing. The receptionist (a woman with long hair) was unfriendly, didn't greet me back, and kept a cold attitude throughout the check-in. It was a very different experience compared to other hotels. Good rooms, but poor night servic.

Overall, a little disappointed. I’ve stayed at this hotel before about four years ago, and I thought it was much better than. Asked for a room away from the elevator… Was placed in a room next to the elevator. Very few available outlets for personal media requirements and a few of them were not working. In the early morning hours of departure, the satellite on the TV was unavailable.
