已已晴The hotel is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is clean, not bad. The environment outside the hotel is good, the surrounding area is clean and convenient. I will continue to book this hotel next time if I return to this place.

GGuest UserAs we checked in, we were told that the hotel was having problems with the system that activate the keys for the room door and that if we played around with the key at our hotel room door that it would eventually work. We tried getting into our room for over 20 minutes and couldn't. Went back to the desk and this time she was able to activate the key because it let us in this time. Then, it says on the door of the pool ( in which our room was directly in front of) that the pool closes at 10pm. We'll, at 1am people were still in the pool and the children were screaming like crazy. We didn't get rest at all. We would never stay here again

GGuest UserOverall, a little disappointed. I’ve stayed at this hotel before about four years ago, and I thought it was much better than. Asked for a room away from the elevator… Was placed in a room next to the elevator. Very few available outlets for personal media requirements and a few of them were not working. In the early morning hours of departure, the satellite on the TV was unavailable.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I stayed at this place. Excellent location, 1 minute away from highway 81, and there are so many dining options within 2 miles.
It is also quite clean. Since I just stayed at another hotel, the difference just stands out.
