Amazing
MMAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again.
Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away.
Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable.
Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead.
Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that.
Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge.
Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item.
Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, there was no one at the front desk but there was a sign on the counter, so we were fine waiting. As we stood there a young woman came around the corner and barely looked at us. She then proceeded to pull the sign off the counter and start typing on the computer in front of us without saying a single word or acknowledging us. She acted extremely irritated with us. After probably 5-8 minutes of silence, I asked her in a kind voice if she was ready for us. She barely looked away from her computer and said, âin a few minutesâ She finally asked us for our information and checked us in. I have never been treated this poorly at the front desk of a hotel in my life. Pretty unhospitable for a person in the hospitality business. The hotel itself had a nice room and comfortable beds. We didn't try the breakfast or the other facilities, but they looked good. Not sure if I would stay here again, if I'm treated so poorly.

GGuest UserI was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasnât even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..

TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would consider staying here again in the future.

GGuest UserVery interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

JJISONGThe hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldnât eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.

GGuest UserFor the cost, it wasnât bad. Â Decent bed, good TV, working climate controls, enough electrical outlets to charge my devices. Â
The service level is low, but itâs a motor inn, not the Hilton. Â That said, it was within expectations. Â The location is close to the airport. Â Thatâs great because itâs so convenient, but you get the noise from takeoffs and landings. Â Shuttles donât run on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so you gotta taxi, Uber or Lyft yourself.Â
Sure, Iâd stay there again. Â From my point of view, all I want to do is sleep and wash up. Â With that in mind, it fits the bill.
