Amazing
FFrancisI really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!
GGuest UserVery nice hotel with wonderful view. We were staying in the corner room with the old town view and sunset view. Amazing stay with everything well equipped. Nice coffee and coffee machine as well. Comfortable stay in split.
Llillian liangThe hotel rooms are strategically located in the core area of the ancient city, close to Diocletian's Palace, which is very convenient for sightseeing. The ancient city is also very close to the pier. It is highly recommended to stay near the ancient city when traveling in Split. The hotel breakfast is an English breakfast served at a local specialty restaurant next to the palace. It is very delicious and worth checking out!
MMelia JonesWe stayed for two nights and the room had everything we needed. It is based in Old Town, so it is not accessible by car. It’s about 5 minute walk to the nearest drop off point. Only stairs to get into the building and up to the room, no elevator.
GGranster72Tony and Antonio were the perfect hosts. The room was spacious. The ensuite was as well.
The accommodations location was perfect for me. It was near the train station the bus station the ferries the restaurant the sightseeing the open markets and also pharmacies.
I cannot fault the room the location nor the superbly attentive lovely ladies in the breakfast room who made me probably the yummiest omelette I’ve had in a long time.
Anyone travelling this accommodation is five star at probably what I would say a three star price Tony and Antonio are the best
GGuest UserThis is a very clean and cozy homestay, just like in the photo, it is as comfortable as home. The house is equipped with Internet TV, you can easily watch Netflix and YouTube, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has a refrigerator for easy storage of food and cold drinks. The B&B is strategically located in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the old town, close to the beach and the port, is a great choice for travel.
The boss is very friendly and also provides pick-up service. It is recommended to contact the boss by email in advance to confirm the relevant details.
It should be noted that if you are driving by car, parking may be a bit inconvenient. Although there are parking spaces behind the homestay, there are not many in number and it is difficult to find. It is recommended to plan the parking in advance.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and recommended to friends who come here to travel!
This is a very clean and cozy place to stay — it truly feels like home. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV that allows access to Netflix and YouTube, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s also a fridge to store food and cold drinks, which is super convenient.
The location is excellent — right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town. It’s also very close to the beach and the port, making it a perfect base for sightseeing and exploring.
The host is very friendly and offers airport pickup service. Be sure to check the listing details and contact the host via email in advance to arrange it.
One thing to keep in mind: if you're driving, parking can be a bit tricky. There are a few parking spots behind the apartment, but they’re hard to find. Driving guests may find this a bit inconvenient.
Overall, a lovely stay and highly recommended for travelers!
XXINVery satisfied with the hotel, the location of the hotel is great, it is very convenient to go to the attraction, it is thirty or forty meters away from the silver gate of Diocletian's Palace, and the small road leads to the silver gate. The restaurant where the hotel provides breakfast is in the entrance of the silver gate. On the left hand side, take a few steps from the hotel door to the right and then go to the left for a few tens of meters is the Golden Gate, and walk to the seaside street for a few minutes. The hotel receptionist was very patient. After receiving our call, I was waiting for our arrival in the room at the agreed time. I was enthusiastic about the location of the attraction. The hotel should belong to the hotel, there are not many rooms, but the interior is spacious and well-equipped, the decoration is also new, not bad! For Chinese tourists, as long as they overcome the language barrier, there is no problem in staying. Because the hotel is small in size, there is no front desk. If it is coming, the guests should contact the store in English to tell them the arrival time so that they can send people to the room. .
卢卢Very satisfied hotel! The location is super good, about 5 minutes walk to the port. The main attractions are all within a 10-minute walk. The sea view outside the window is very beautiful. Self-driving drivers greet the hotel one day in advance and reserve free parking spaces (we didn’t know in advance, so we didn’t use it. However, there are more parking lots around)
The breakfast was quite satisfactory, and the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and would give a lot of help. Highly recommended!
VVika GrayClean room with very nice bedding. Great location—about 10 minutes walk from the airport shuttle and right next to the old town. Unfortunately the check in process wasn’t easy. Nobody was there when we arrived at about 3pm. There was a phone number and an email address on the door but without a local SIM card we couldn’t get in touch with the host. Finally after we got a local sim and called the host they let us in. Also the description of the amenities is not quite correct. We stayed in room number 5 and it had no desk, kettle or bottles of water unlike advertised in the listing.
PPikachuuuuuuThe room does not have a sea view.
This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances.
The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem.
The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff.
It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town.
The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue.
I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside.
If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate
The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily.
The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it.
The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily.
The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use.
Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am.
