Facilities: The facilities are excellent. It has a kitchen where you can cook, and the cutlery and cookware are as shown in the picture. The suite has TVs and heaters in both the living room and bedroom, making it very warm. The bathroom is spacious, and there's plenty of counter space around the sink for your belongings. Free parking is provided, and it's very convenient to park right below your room. Cleanliness: The place is clean and tidy. The countertops were dust-free, and I didn't find any dirty spots. Location: The accommodation is in a great location, surrounded by several motels. It's in the city center, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. You can walk to the University of Otago campus in five minutes and enjoy a leisurely stroll there. Dunedin Railway Station and the Cathedral are also very close, so you can explore the city on foot. Service: The service was the absolute best! This hotel is run by a couple. When we checked in, the wife assisted us. She warmly and kindly recommended places to visit and even drew them out on a map for us. It's the first time I've encountered such thoughtful hosts. That highlighted map was incredibly helpful for our itinerary in Dunedin. I heard both husband and wife are very kind, warm, and friendly. If you're looking for a place to stay for a night in Dunedin, this is definitely an excellent choice.

The location is convenient, just a 6-minute drive to downtown Dunedin, and within 3 minutes there are various dining options. The Botanical Garden is right next door. The room was clean and a good size, though the closet in the loft was a bit small. Going downstairs to use the restroom at night was also a bit inconvenient. Furthermore, the loft doesn't have a stove for cooking, only a microwave, and there's no drying rack for dishes and cutlery. The best part is the free self-service washer and dryer, but they can't be used after 9:00 pm.

We stayed in a room for 3 people. It had everything we needed. The location could not have been better, we hardly used the car. The staff were amazing anything we needed was taken care of quickly. We used the compound gym which we really enjoyed the man there was also really nice. The gentleman in reception, as everyone has said, was really great and could not have been more helpful. I was even able to use their office space for a period after we had checked out which I was so grateful for. I would highly recommend them and would stay there again no question.

New, friendly, clean and warm. I had a great sleep and the location was excellent (close to the University) The bed was super comfy reception was friendly. Can't fault this one.

Excellent hospitality! The motel has a good location, it is very clean and tidy. The host is so helpful and provides us with some attraction routes, which is more interesting than driving through the highway! And Rocky (Labrador) is soooo cute! We will definitely recommend this motel to our friends!

The grandfather at the front desk was very kind, the room was large, the kitchen utensils were complete, the parking was very convenient, the only downside was that the location was a bit biased, shopping had to drive, pure passing

The hotel is located in the city center, only 5 minutes walk to the First Church and about 10 minutes to the train station. Parking is convenient and there are many places to eat. When checking in, there is no front desk and you have to call. The hotel is old but very clean. The elevator is too old and a bit scary. I bought bread for breakfast at the supermarket. There are bowls and basins.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel is very convenient, right on the main street, and the owner is very helpful. The environment is good, the service is good, the sanitation is comfortable, very satisfied, will come again, recommend friends to stay in Dunedin.

The motel's location is a bit out of the city center, so a car is essential for getting around. You can park right in front of your room. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including pots and pans. The male owner was very responsible. On our first night, the AC wasn't blowing hot air, and we woke up freezing at around 5 AM. We talked to the owner the next day, and he explained that the thermostat was set too high, preventing the AC from kicking in. He then restarted the outdoor unit and got it working. He even proactively knocked on our door to check if it was working correctly and brought us a small space heater. The owner also provided a small map, showing us places to visit in the city and how to get there.
