Hotels near Ganghwa Bugeunri Jiseokmyo (Dolmen), Incheon

Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.  The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.  We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and casino!

I stayed at Paradise Hotel Incheon because of its convenient location near Incheon International Airport. The best part was the free shuttle bus from Terminal 1. t departs from **Gate 3** from Terminal 1 and need to across the street go to 3C stop. Don't wait at the front of the bus stop 3C—the hotel shuttle stops near the far end. I waited at the front and almost missed it. I also noticed many people without luggage taking the same shuttle, and later realized they were probably going to the hotel's casino. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. However, I had some difficulty finding the reception because the hotel is huge and divided into different wings (Red Wing, Purple Wing, etc.). The minibar is complimentary and includes bottled water, one pack of almonds, two gummy candies of different sizes, tea bags, and coffee. Considering the room price, I expected a little more. Instead of two gummy candies, it would have been nice to have something like a small bottle of orange juice. The biggest disappointment was the toilet. It flushes automatically after about 6–7 seconds, as stated, but the flushing process takes a long time and is quite weak. I often had to stand up multiple times before everything worked properly because the water pressure was not strong enough. The bathtub also had a few hairs in it when I arrived, so I decided not to use it. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast is served on the first floor and costs an additional 75,000 KRW . There was a wide variety of food, and the quality was good. However, it was quite crowded with families and children. I stayed over the weekend, so that was probably the reason. The hotel suggests the guests to go there before 8.30 am to avoid crowd. The hotel also provides a small booklet with various discounts and benefits, including discounted casino membership, discounts at Lotte Department Store, and one free baggage drop-off service for selected airlines. I found this booklet useful. One important thing to know is that, under Korean regulations introduced in 2024, disposable toothbrushes and razors are no longer provided free of charge. If you use the hotel's toothbrush, it costs 2,000 KRW. I experienced the same policy at other hotels in Korea. I did not have time to use the swimming pool on the third floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location, free airport shuttle, comfortable bed, and breakfast were the highlights. The only major downside was the weak and slow-flushing toilet.

The owner was wonderful. It was our first time traveling to South Korea, and we hadn't planned well due to our inexperience. Whenever we encountered something unfamiliar, we'd contact the owner immediately, and they would wholeheartedly provide us with important information and thoughtful advice. We will definitely be returning. The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept soundly. Both the washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. The cooking stove was also excellent. The facilities were very comprehensive.

amazing room, advanced technology in rooms considered that this is a business hotel. however, the front-dest officers were quite shocked when they saw me. It felt like I wasn't supposed to be there - understood since the check-in time is 2200hrs. Not sure if they spoke English(again, understandable since we're in South Korea), so as long as you can speak Korean or even the basics of it, you're good. I spoke korean and the check-in process became significantly faster. Paid 90k won to check in at 11am(cheap for me since I just want to sleep). However, props to the housekeeping team, room was squeaky clean for the price paid. Bedding and pillows were extremely soft I had such a good sleep. Unfortunately I'm not coming to Incheon again, but I do recommend you try this hotel for a night if you're in Incheon. Excellent location actually, 5 minutes away to subway and many eateries around.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Korea. The surprise hit the moment we walked into the room; we seriously thought the front desk had given us the wrong one. We had only booked a special-offer room and even asked them to switch it to two twin beds, so seeing a suite immediately made us think we were causing too much trouble and needed to get a cheaper room instead. So, we trekked all the way back to the front desk – and I mean *all the way*, because the room was really, really far from reception. But the staff told us the room was correct, no upgrade, they were just that amazing. We were absolutely stunned. For under $200, we got a five-star suite in Korea. This room made the subsequent $300-ish rooms we stayed in feel like we were sleeping in a public restroom. So yes, the room was genuinely excellent. And the surrounding facilities were incredibly comprehensive; it is a resort after all, with everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and activities. There's even a casino, though I didn't go. There must be at least a dozen restaurants; we tried two. The prices weren't much higher either. There's a water park too, which the front desk helped us book at a special rate. The funny thing was, just as we were about to leave, I couldn't find my swim trunks, so only my son got to go. According to him, there weren't many options or people, so he could play quietly by himself. I found my swim trunks just before check-out, under the pillow. I had specifically put them there the night before, ready to wear, and then completely forgot. Fate certainly has a sense of humor. A great place, well worth a visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the room. It was clean, comfortable, and I slept very well. The bed was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was nice. I particularly liked the automatic toilet. The staff were friendly and provided good service. I also appreciated that the hotel allowed me to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. There is a free amenities area where guests can help themselves to items such as tea, coffee, toner, lotion etc. There is one bottle of water for each day for the single room. There is also a water refill station at the lobby where you can refill your own bottle, which is a nice and convenient feature. For guests staying in a single room, the hotel provides one bottle of drinking water per day. If you do not need room cleaning, you can simply hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. The hotel will still leave fresh towels and a bottle of water in a bag outside your room, which I found very convenient. The hotel provides breakfast every day. The food was good overall, but I would recommend adding English labels to the dishes so international guests can easily know what each menu item is. The location is very convenient because the hotel is directly connected to Bupyeong Station. However, for first-time visitors, finding the way out of the station can be quite confusing. Bupyeong is a very large station with many shops and shopping areas underground, so it is easy to get lost before finding the correct exit. Clearer signs to the exits would be very helpful for first-time visitors. Another nice point is that Bupyeong Park is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. It is very convenient for guests who enjoy going for a morning walk or run. One thing that could be improved is the elevator system. The elevators are divided by floors, and only 2 out of 4 elevators serve the rooms on the 15th floor and below, so you may have to wait a little longer during busy hours. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the location was convenient.

We stayed in Unseo for our last night in Korea because we had a 9 am flight out of Incheon Terminal 2. We picked Golden Tulip as it is next to the Unseo station and provides a complimentary drop off service to Incheon Airport every hour. The coach used to drop us off was new and nice. Driver was careful in his driving. We had no expectations of the room we booked which is half the price of our hotel room in Seoul, the hotel is older but everything was working and clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep on using a Simmons mattress. Little things like the cable charger were a nice touch. We stayed on the residence side, there is a microwave in the room. There are many restaurants in Unseo city. Also a giant Lotte mart for final grocery shopping.

Instructions were really unclear, including enquiry with AI bot. Should simply state no check in required at lobby & access code will be sent on day of check in if online pre check in successful. Best feature has to be the drawer laundry rack. Very useful. The stove was a nightmare with unnecessarily complex instructions (esp for foreigners) due to child lock. Good thing the team was prompt with email response. If you don't speak Korean, it is best to email. There is no light switch next to bed, so you need to get out of bed to turn off the lights. The view at night was lovely & window soundproofing was good despite the loud music from the concert at the Festival Park. However, if you are sensitive to light & sound, be ready for sleepless nights. Appliances (fridge, bathroom ventilator etc) in the apt are really loud and as they surround the bed, was affected by humming noises all night. Worse still, red & blue lights emit from the aircon, tv box & really affected my sleep. Good thing I've only stayed for 2 nights; was not gonna survive another night.

Nice room with nice sea view! 3 mins walk to bus stop to take bus to the city. Only the water pressure in the shower room wasn't strong enough. Overall, very nice stay.

The hotel interior was sparkling clean and well-maintained, feeling brand new. I was very satisfied. Despite the cold weather, the heating was excellent, adjusting perfectly to a comfortable temperature. I was aware that disposable amenities wouldn't be provided, but I was surprised and a bit flustered to find there wasn't even soap! Next time, I'll be sure to pack all my facial care products. In the morning, I had trouble with the hairdryer; it seemed broken and wouldn't turn on after I washed my hair. It was early, and no one answered the phone, so I just had to struggle through and dry it as best I could. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return! The quality for this price is unbelievable. I didn't manage to take any photos of the room because I was too busy relaxing. All I got was a quick shot of the hallway when I remembered at check-out. That's how much I enjoyed my stay :)
