"We stayed during a public holiday, so the hotel was understandably quite busy. The check-in process took a little longer than usual, but everything was well-organized and managed efficiently. The pool was crowded, which was expected given the holiday season. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were excellent at clearing tables promptly and managing guest seating smoothly. We were also celebrating my kid's birthday during our stay. Prior to arrival, we emailed the hotel with a complimentary birthday arrangement request, and the team kindly decorated the room and provided a birthday cake. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even more special for our family. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent hospitality. The hotel even offered complimentary ice cream for the kids, which was a lovely surprise (not sure if it was due to the public holiday, but it was definitely appreciated!). The only downside was that we were unable to adjust the room air conditioning, so the room felt slightly warm during the night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Despite the minor issue with the air conditioning, the excellent service and family-friendly touches made our stay memorable. We would definitely return in the future."

"Located near at the center of putrajaya, but with food stalls or store within walking distance. The parking also is open space not shaded andlocated far from hotel (you may request for buggy though), which may need to be reconsidered if you bring your family or you are visiting during rainy season. The walkway to the parking lot itself is shaded."

"Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings. We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! We had a good time there!"
