Excellent! New, clean, and cleaned daily; the kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and there's even a washing machine—it's fantastic! I've already recommended it to all my friends who are going to Torres del Paine, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Must live here to go to Bainei National Park! Very good, the hotel owner and his family are friendly! The room was also upgraded to a large triple room. Many locations are close to the beach. Natales is too suitable for leisure. There are many restaurants near the hotel not far from the supermarket. Every day, we still have hot milk for us. The kitchen sister is working in the hotel all day. It is very hygienic. The Veat is soso , compared to other hotel / hostel in perto natales ,The Veat is much more clean but the price is double. For the Breakfast , I think it’s soso , the breakfast time is start @6:30 , as the staff said , if u got any plan and u hv to leave before 6:30 , u hv to request to them.Then , they will make u the breakfast earlier / takeout. I did requested for the early breakfast , but I got rejected . Also , There’s a restaurant called Santolla , I think Santolla it’s a “must” to try ! PIC 1 : Hotel Breakfast PIC 2 : Santolla

As obervações que temos que fazer são as seguintes: - Recepção: Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionário Carlos que sempre nos atendia, sendo muito solícito, atencioso e simpático. Registro ainda que o Carlos auxiliou de forma muito satisfatória, problema que tive em minha reserva, ocasionada por mim mesmo. Resolveu de forma ágil, eficiente e satisfatória. A funcionária Bárbara também foi muito atenciosa e nos ajudou em nossos passeios, assim como o Carlos. - Limpeza: A limpeza era muitoa bem feita, não havendo observações a serem feitas; - Barulho nas dependências: O estabelecimento tem uma rotatividade considerável. Percebi que muitas pessoas ficava um ou dois dias, apenas para fazer passeio full day no parque. Sendo assim, em alguns dias houve barulho de abrir e fechar portas e falando alto de algumas pessoas sem noção, pois existem aviso em todo hotel para que seja respeitado o silêncio. - Local para colocação de malas: O Hotel não dispõe de local específico para hospedar mala, caso seja necessário; - Recepção: Eu e minha esposa, sentimo falta de uma sofá na recepção, para que se pudesse esperar os tranfers e pessoas que fossem buscar para passeio. Apesar de haver uma área externa com cadeiras e mesa, ela era utilizada por fumantes. Como não somos fumantes, muita vezes, optamos por não ficar lá, em razão do incômodo. - Alimentação: Minha esposa é vegana e não tinha opção para ela a não ser pão de forma, frutas e mermelada de famboesa para passar no pão. Poderia term paes veganos, bem como alguma pasta ou bolos veganos que são fáceis de fazer. Na cidade, indicamos a o estabelecimento Pydarum que possui bolos, empanadas e todo tipo de comida vegana muito bem elaborados. Experimentem e verão que não faz diferença dos comuns e se for colocado no café da manhã ninguém irá perceber e irá atender a todos. Até porque o referido estabelcimento faz produtos para celíacos e alegicos, pelo que entendi. No mais, a cidade é mjuito segura, agradável, com moradores muito educados e sempre simpáticos. E os passeios são maravilhosos, com natureza intacta, o que nos permitiu renovar as energias para o presente ano.

Kitchen was well equipped. There are several bathrooms so we didn’t have to wait in the morning or night. And it was warm at night. Location was perfect, close to bus station and supermarket.

Very clean, the room was warm and the shower was warm and stable. Very helpful staff and friendly. I was saved within walking distance of the pass terminal, the city and the harbor.

The omelette for breakfast was good and this hostel was a good location being a short walking distance to the restaurants/cafes/bars. Our room in the corner on the ground floor smelled like sewage but the room next to it did not smell and it was clear that the hostel knew about this without informing us.

The location of the inn is good, and the airport shuttle bus can be sent to the hotel entrance. The facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is a bit simple:

The room was very comfortable and was very clean. However, I find it curiosity that I have never met anyone in the hostel, and there has been no check-in or check-out.

Great place for the price. The WiFi signal is weak for the rooms at the back it kept disconnecting. The heater was not working that well the one in the bathroom worked well though but there were abundant blankets. Other than that for the price it was a great place. The girl that takes care of the place is a darling. Always willing to help. Location was great very close to the central plaza and the waterfront.
