"This is probably the best hotel in town with the best amenities and service. The staff are all genuinely helpful. I had altitude sickness and went to the lobby at 2 a.m. for oxygen. The lady on duty got up and sat with me for half an hour, calming me down. I'm so grateful. 🙏 The hotel provided two types of pillows, which was very thoughtful. However, objectively speaking, there are still many areas where the hotel needs improvement. I suggest installing hooks behind the bathroom door, as there's nowhere to store clothes or towels besides the toilet lid. Hooks are inexpensive but would make bathroom use much more convenient. I'd also recommend checking the furniture in the room. My room had an unpleasant odor, likely from the rotting wood. You can use a deodorizing and formaldehyde-removing product like Hope Tree Green Cans; it doesn't add fragrance but can remove odors. This is a new hotel, and the windows can't be opened wide, so try to ventilate the room when it's unoccupied. The breakfast arrangement was a bit problematic; it's best to serve the side dishes with the porridge. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the view of the Yellow River's First Bend is still beautiful."
