Road construction was underway around the hotel, but the owner was very welcoming and sent someone to help us with our luggage and even took us up the stairs to the fourth floor. The room was a bit small, and the owner told us not to open the windows. I guess he was worried about mosquitoes. There were no screens, but I recommend installing them; it was too stuffy. The breakfast was simple but filling.
