GGuest UserThis time we drove all the way from Shanghai and played in Longnan for a while. Finally we came to the beautiful Ruoergai Prairie and chose to stay at Mushan Yingxue Hotel. We stayed in Zoige for several days and have been staying here. Overall, the stay experience is very good!
In terms of catering, their night shift is relatively rich, with soup pots, stir-fries, grilled skewers and other delicacies, which is quite convenient if you don’t want to go out. Moreover, they also provide good night fruits and afternoon tea, which is very thoughtful.
The service is even more impeccable. The housekeeper is always on call and can respond very promptly if you need anything. Their staff are very warm and considerate. Whatever you need in the room, they will be delivered in time. It feels very heart-warming.
The hardware facilities of the room are also very good. The decoration is very new and full of design. The room has an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, a smart toilet, and an electronic scale. Lying on the bed, you can see the beautiful grassland scenery through the window, with herds of yaks and the sunset. It is really comfortable.
The geographical location is also quite superior, right in the county seat. The hotel is surrounded by grassland, under the blue sky and white clouds, it feels particularly peaceful and comfortable. And it's very close to various attractions, so traveling is very convenient.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay at Ruoergai Mushan Yingxue. Highly recommended to everyone!

AAnonymous UserAdvantages: The hotel is new, with nice views from the windows and a distinctive ******* style. There's a hospital nearby where you can get oxygen.
Disadvantages: The rooms facing the street are very noisy, especially with the trucks.
It says there's oxygen, but there isn't; supposedly it will be added in the future.
The bathroom exhaust fan is weak, and the toilet smells terrible.
The bathroom drainage is poor; it floods after just one shower.
The smart toilet and curtains in the room are ridiculously smart, opening and closing automatically without control. When we complained to the staff, we only got a ”haha, got it” response.
The breakfast was extremely basic, with only a few unappetizing items.
The hotel elevator had a power outage, and they actually wanted guests suffering from altitude sickness to carry their own luggage downstairs. The service was laughable; the guests had to call the manager before someone was finally arranged to carry their luggage.
In short, it's a very new hotel. The owner wanted to create a light luxury ******* style, but probably due to budget constraints, everything is stingy and doesn't live up to their vision, yet the price is set as light luxury.
Conclusion: A beautifully decorated hotel in the county town that charges exorbitant prices but is utterly inadequate in every way.

The hotel is next to the national road and parking is convenient. 4. The room is full of art. This needs to be experienced in person. 5. I look forward to eating braised pork rice next time.

GGuest UserAfter a day of exploring Ruoergai Flower Lake and the first bend of the Yellow River, we stayed at Tangke. Road construction was underway around the hotel, but the owner was very welcoming and sent someone to help us with our luggage and even took us up the stairs to the fourth floor. The room was a bit small, and the owner told us not to open the windows. I guess he was worried about mosquitoes. There were no screens, but I recommend installing them; it was too stuffy. The breakfast was simple but filling.

GGuest UserVery good environment, I can see that it is newly renovated. The room is fully equipped, and the bath towels and towels are disposable items, which is very safe to use. The front desk brother is also very good, take the initiative to help me with my luggage. highly recommended! (The restaurant next to his house is also very delicious. Cheap bowl, recommended garlic mud oil wheat vegetables, tomato and egg soup, not salty, it tastes very refreshing)

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. Despite arriving late at 2 am, the hotel staff was waiting for us and made the check-in process incredibly fast and smooth. The rooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean, which made for a very restful stay.
The location is perfect for taking a leisurely walk around the area, and the front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out and added to the overall positive experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe room facilities are quite complete, there are some. The room was clean and odorless. The hotels I stayed in Tibetan areas were all smelly of butter, but this hotel did not have it and it was very comfortable.
The front desk is also very warm and really highly recommended.

MM582155****The room was very clean and tidy, and the boss was very nice. Even when we were feeling unwell, the boss gave us free oxygen from their oxygen machine. We couldn't eat at that time and the boss cooked porridge for us. The overall experience this time was super comfortable! I will stay at this hotel next time and will recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserThere is a separate small yard for parking. Squat toilet, hot water was very good. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and gave me an extra pillow. The quilt is very warm and there is an electric blanket for cold weather. The only drawback is that the water flow in the upstairs bathroom is too loud. It can only be quiet when the upstairs people are not using the bathroom. In addition, during this period, there was road and pipeline construction in Ruoergai County, and the entire street became a large construction site, which seriously affected traffic.
