When any issues arose, the duty managers proactively stepped in, demonstrating professionalism, fairness, and efficiently resolving problems. Their communication was clear and logical, balancing guest satisfaction with hotel policies, truly showcasing excellent management skills. The service standards across the board – from the front desk to housekeeping and support staff – were consistently high. Everyone was warm, polite, and responded quickly to requests, providing thorough and attentive service. It's clear the hotel has comprehensive service training and strict management in place. Whether for a business trip or a leisure stay, you truly feel at home and comfortable here. I highly recommend your hotel's service team and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Taizhou. I'll also enthusiastically recommend it to my friends and family. "This hotel is conveniently located within the MixC Tower, with direct access to The MixC mall on the third floor via a connecting bridge. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were all incredibly warm, proactive, and always greeted us with a smile. You can really feel their genuine dedication to service. The room facilities are quite new, featuring a chaise lounge, coffee table, and round table. The lighting, switches, and outlets are all very well-placed. It also has electric curtains and an automatic toilet. There's free dedicated underground parking with direct elevator access to the rooms. However, there are a couple of downsides. The guest rooms are located on the 5th to 7th floors within the office tower, but only two of the six elevators access these floors. During peak hours like morning commutes, lunchtime, and afternoon work shifts, the wait for an elevator can be quite long, and you end up sharing it with many people, which definitely impacts the experience. Another issue is that while the hotel has designated parking spots in the basement near the elevators (which have locks requiring a QR code scan and a deposit to open, refundable upon checkout), many unauthorized vehicles selfishly park in front of these dedicated spots, making them unusable. This forces guests to park further away. Currently, the property management's approach is to record these instances and ban a vehicle from the parking lot after three violations. I believe this isn't nearly enough, and the hotel should implement stronger measures to prevent such widespread unauthorized parking."

"My first stay here was great! The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The hotel is right by Fengcheng River, which is perfect for my after-dinner strolls. Major attractions like Taizhou Old Street are all within 1-1.5 kilometers, and there are shared bikes right outside the hotel, making it a pleasant distance to walk or cycle. The most thoughtful service was the complimentary shuttle to and from the station, and the free business meals (three meals and one soup), which are incredibly convenient for solo travelers. I'll definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed at this hotel with my family and was very satisfied overall. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is right next to Wanda Plaza, offering plenty of dining options, and it's not far from Taizhou Old Street. The staff provided attentive service, and the hotel's constant-temperature swimming pool and gym were great for relaxation – both adults and children could unwind. It's an excellent choice for a family trip. However, there's a common issue where fully charged vehicles occupy the charging spots for extended periods. Many guests who urgently need to charge their cars arrive to find the charging stations blocked by these full vehicles, making it impossible to charge normally."

"The hotel is located near Pozi Street, which is a commercial area. Unfortunately, there was construction going on in front of the hotel when I arrived, so it was a bit noisy during the day. However, my room was on the other side, so I couldn't hear it. The room itself exceeded my expectations – it was incredibly spacious, very clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout, and even had a smart assistant. Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite average, mostly consisting of frozen steamed buns with limited variety. Also, transportation isn't very convenient. It's a bit of a distance from Taizhou Old Street, Taoyuan, and Liuyuan. Since Taizhou doesn't have a subway, you need to walk a bit to get to the nearest bus stop. Despite that, it offers good value for money. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful."
