ShengjiangjuziVery poor sound insulation, very poor
I communicated with the front desk and needed a quiet room. The room at the elevator entrance for the first time was still next to the restaurant.
The second time I changed the room, I always emphasized that I need to be quiet. I bought a business bed room. I need to be quiet or arranged for me at the elevator entrance on the fourth floor. It is very noisy at night and at night.
No soundproofing at all

Guest UserI had a pleasant time during my stay at this hotel. I am 100% willing to visit next time. The kindness of the No. 155 staff was very impressive at the restaurant. A pleasant meal was available, and the front desk was provided with safe and sound service by the No. 68 staff. Overall, the staff was friendly and comfortable with no difficulty communicating in English.

Guest UserI visited Taixing recently, and this hotel, the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel Taixing, was the worst I've ever stayed in. I absolutely do not recommend it – if you're planning to come, seriously, look elsewhere!
First off, the facilities are incredibly old. The room decor is super dated; the wallpaper is yellowed, the furniture is badly worn, and the bathroom fixtures are all old. It definitely doesn't live up to the brand's reputation. Staying there just felt run-down, and it really spoiled the experience.
Secondly, dining is extremely inconvenient. The hotel's own Chinese restaurant actually requires advance reservations, so if you spontaneously decide to eat there, you're out of luck and won't get a table!
Honestly, I strongly advise anyone visiting Taixing to think twice before choosing this hotel. The facilities are old, dining is difficult, the location is out of the way, and the value for money is terrible. Don't book it blindly and fall into the same trap I did!

Guest UserThe hotel has a good environment, good facilities, and great service. I just found a place to rest with my family during a self-driving tour. I didn't expect it to be an unexpected surprise (❁´ω`❁). The view outside the window is also very good. This price is really worth it! If I have a chance, I will definitely stay here next time 😊

LongtianhuyouTea in the lobby: self-service tea only, which does not match the description of the star service.
Seasonal afternoon tea: Checking in at night, although it was at the wrong time, there was no prompt or service.
The two fruits provided are quite different in quality from the description.
Environment: The internal scenery is quite good.

Guest UserExceeded expectations! Cost-effective table ~
The proprietress is very friendly and welcoming! There is a response to everything. I will also introduce the room first for a look, and then live if I am satisfied. Too nice ~
There are also dining options to eat, all farm dishes, freshly cooked. The price is also very pertinent. The taste is also full of fireworks. Too satisfied.
After the rape blossom season, have the opportunity to play again.

Staying at the Wenlv Meilihao Hotel again after a year, I was pleasantly surprised to find that while it felt familiar, there were also many new and exciting changes.
What truly touched me this time was the service from Zhou at the front desk. She recognized me as a returning guest, and her smile was exceptionally warm. After swiftly checking me in, she enthusiastically told me about the hotel's upgrades. That feeling of being remembered instantly made my weary journey feel like coming home.
The breakfast has been transformed into an authentic ”Taizhou morning tea,” featuring crab roe soup dumplings and dried bean curd dishes. It not only warmed my stomach but also gave me, a visitor from out of town, a taste of a local's leisurely morning – truly commendable! The hotel's location is still convenient, and the spacious parking lot makes it stress-free to go out and explore. What caught my eye even more was the addition of many exquisite cultural and creative items in the lobby and rooms, subtly blending local culture with modern design, adding elegance and novelty to the entire stay.
From hardware upgrades to the warmth of the soft services, the improvements at Wenlv Meilihao are evident. Having stayed here twice, from satisfied to surprised, it has become my top choice when visiting Taizhou. Highly recommended!

Guest UserWe booked a large bed and a single bed. The room was clean, with a TV, wifi, and plenty of hot water. The temperature was low that day, but fortunately, the floor-standing air conditioner in the room was quite powerful. The homestay is relatively close to Qianduo Scenic Area, just across the road. There is a parking lot nearby, so parking is convenient. We chose this place mainly because we brought our little Teddy with us and it is pet-friendly. The landlord couple is very welcoming. We ordered salted fish clams, fried leeks with clams, fried water celery with dried tofu, and braised long-spine fish. The taste is authentic, great 👍

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.

Anonymous UserThe hotel room itself was clean and neat and comfortable, and the staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel because it was close to Lizhong water Forrest park and Qiandou scenic area, and the trip.com website says it accepts foreigners/all passports.
However the checkin experience was bad if you are a foreigner/non-chinese speaking - it took us almost 1.5 hours and was quite stressful (including phoning a friend for some help). Even though the website says this hotel accepts all passports, after we arrived we were told in order to stay there we had to go to the local police station and register and get a piece of paper to bring back. We had no car and the location was not easy to get a didi at night, so the hotel helped and organised their driver to take us to the police station which cost another 80 RMB. Once at the police station the driver chatted to three different police. The police didn’t take our details or check our documents, and after 10-15 minutes standing around they sent us back to the hotel without any registration paper but we could suddenly check in.
If you are Chinese then the hotel experience will be good, if you are a foreigner another hotel in Xinghua might be easier.
