"I came to Wenzhou with a friend, and she chose this large hotel close to Jiang心屿 (Jiangxinyu Island). It was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The Wenzhou city view from the window was unobstructed. They provided welcome fruits, and the breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were incredibly rich! The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!"

"I should have written this review sooner, but I've been incredibly busy since getting back. Still, it’s been on my mind.
Yongjia Nanxi Hongju Hot Spring Hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to both Dalongqiu and Nanxi River. As you approach by car, the roadside greenery and thoughtful design immediately signal that you’re entering a sophisticated resort. And indeed, once inside, you feel as though you've stepped into a picturesque landscape. Mountains stand silently in the distance, and the continuous gurgle of water fills the air. The cluster of buildings, nestled among lush trees, awaits guests with a grand and harmonious presence.
The lobby is bright and spacious, with clearly defined functional areas. The front desk staff are all young, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I was assisted by Xiao Luo, and I regret not having asked for the full name of this gentle and refined Ms. Luo. She provided immense help during my stay, even arranging for a colleague to give me a Banyan Tree Group standard patterned gift: sachets of camphor wood shavings and a small nanmu wood pillow. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly familiar with my booking requests, swiftly processed my check-in, and ensured my room was exactly as I’d hoped. I even called the front desk specifically to thank her for her diligence and thoughtfulness. Although it was only a one-night stay, because Xiao Luo and her colleagues had proactively added me on WeChat, they offered incredibly thorough advice and arrangements regarding the hot spring's opening hours and the best times to visit. They even proactively adjusted my check-out time, allowing me to fully enjoy the hot spring experience the next day. A huge thank you to these young people; even though the hotel still has room for improvement, your efforts made guests feel comfortable and at ease. Those whose names I remember, like Xiao Xiang (Haolin) and Xiao Ye (Yongping), and all of you whose names I don't, you were all wonderful.
I’ve already recommended your hotel’s link and name to over three friends. I hope to return for another vacation with my friends next time.
The hotel has several phases; currently, the main building (Phase 1) and the hot spring area are open. The hot spring is exclusively open to hotel guests from 10 AM to 12 PM daily, after which it welcomes guests from all over, including nearby guesthouses. It’s said to be a collaboration with Banyan Tree, which I believe refers to the upcoming Phase 2, including the spa and villa area. Currently, the main building offers comprehensive services, and the restaurant's chef prepares truly unique dishes. If you've had a long journey, sitting here and ordering a few small dishes will undoubtedly be a more enjoyable experience than you expect.
The only minor drawback was the hot spring service, where staff were rarely visible."

"Booked this hotel for a business trip. The front desk service was excellent, and overall, my stay was quite good. The room was spacious enough, and all the facilities were well-equipped. They even have a gym and a pool on the fourth floor. I especially have to mention the breakfast; there was a wide variety of options, and I could even try some authentic local Wenzhou specialties, like glutinous rice. It tasted really good, and I was very satisfied with my breakfast. The hotel is also conveniently located near a mall, making it easy to grab food or do some shopping."

"We ended up at the hotel by chance; we weren't planning a stopover in this city, but the train broke down and we were all dropped off in the middle of nowhere in the evening, as far as I could tell. We really needed a comfortable and safe hotel to spend the night. We had a corner room on the top floor with a stunning panoramic view of the city. They gave us fruit and a wonderful stuffed lion named Shishi for my son. The room service was decent, the European food is unique, the portions are generous, and the Caesar salad was enormous, but overall delicious. The breakfast was good. It brought back memories of old European business trips, so everything was quite good."

"If I ever revisit, I would absolutely choose to stay at Yun Ya Guesthouse again. The room was spacious, and the bedding was fresh, clean, and odorless. It was hands down the best night's sleep I had during my entire 5-day trip to Wenzhou, specifically in Nanxi River.
My trip was during the Dragon Boat Festival, and as is common in southern cities, it was rainy. Heavy downpours and chilly weather meant I couldn't visit several places I'd planned. I did make it to Furong Ancient Village, but I was the only tourist there. While exploring Chen's Ancestral Temple, a fleeting shadow startled me, prompting a quick exit.
It was a huge relief to return to the guesthouse and feel its warmth. The staff immediately offered a comforting hot cup of black tea, along with delicious chestnut zongzi, a family recipe from the proprietress's mother-in-law. The proprietress herself was incredibly warm and cheerful. I believe that in the years to come, I might forget the sights of my travels, but I'll forever cherish the memory of those unique Yongjia-style zongzi and the owner's friends' gathering. Their genuine hospitality even extended to me, a temporary guest, giving me the chance to try Hashima for the very first time. Thank you!"

"1. The location of the room is seriously unreasonable. The booked business bed room is all close to the road, and the noise of vehicles at night continues to affect sleep. I don’t know why someone set a point in the middle of the night on the day of check-in. It’s funny. I reflect the situation with the hotel. The attitude is very good, but there are no earplugs. I can change to another room on the road. The noise problem is completely unsolved. Oh yes, I can hear chickens crowing in the morning, the ecology is very good 👍🏻
2. The lighting design in the room is simply anti-human. During the night rest, the light refracted through the mirror to the whole room, so bright that it was impossible to sleep (pictured). Reflected to the hotel again, the attitude was very good, but there was no blindfold.
3. The bedding is very comfortable, Canberra.
Breakfast is extremely simplified and there are few choices.
I am highly recommended not to stay at this hotel if I have sleep disorders."

The stay experience is very good. I like the brand of Huiting. The reception staff yoyo is kind. The free gym and self-service laundry room are very convenient. It is recommended!

The hotel has a simple yet elegant style, and the environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for rest. The room was clean and bright, with complete amenities, and the bed was very comfortable with no unpleasant odors. The staff were friendly and polite, and they promptly addressed any needs. The front desk service was professional and efficient, completing check-in in just three minutes. The room design was exquisite and elegant, with soft and comfortable bedding comparable to five-star standards, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and hot water was plentiful and consistent. The soundproofing was excellent, completely undisturbed by hallway noise. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, a delicious blend of Chinese and Western flavors. The location is superb, just a five-minute walk to the subway station. A thoughtful gift was given upon check-out, a thoughtful touch that touched me deeply. A high-quality choice with excellent value for money, highly recommended for both business and leisure travel, I'm sure I'll become a repeat customer!

The room's decor was a bit dated,
but it was clean and tidy.
The front desk staff were very friendly.
There was a 200 RMB cleaning fee for the dog, and the front desk staff confirmed this several times beforehand.
I really appreciated the hotel's attentive and responsible attitude.
Highly recommended.
