"Great location with parking space, which is quite luxury in Bournemouth at this popular season. We were arranged a large room next to the road. However, the night club was so annoying in the evening. After complaining, the staff immediately changed a quieter room. The high ceiling in the guest room is a good selling point. However, the swimming pool is a bit tiny and close too early at 8:00. Over all, it meets our expectations."

"Room was ok, couldn’t fault it, there was an inroom kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, sink, plates cups cutlery, for the price it’s actually decent value, breakfast available, it’s not Dubai, it’s bournemouth, not far off the beach like a 10 min walk. Room was very spacious, digital tv, ac works (very cold under the correct settings), car was parked right outside my room, smoking outside the room, it was actually a decent place to stay for £100, if you want posh standard, go pay £300 for h!ltons. Bed was comfy as my misses had to drag me out for breakfast. Pool was under construction so hopefully that gets sorted soon"

"Facilities: A bit old. The room decor was decent, but the whole hotel felt dated, and the floors creaked. Cleanliness: Okay. The bedding had some black marks. Ambiance: The sea view room was beautiful with three large windows and high ceilings. I was told this room had the best sea view, but it was located above the restaurant, so there was some restaurant music noise. Service: The hotel was quite busy. We had to queue for breakfast, and there was a long wait for check-in and at the front desk. Initially, I asked front desk agent A twice, but the room wasn't ready. Another front desk agent, B, was much nicer and gave us two bar drink vouchers because we had waited so long. Location: Very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. There are stairs down and a cliff lift, but the lift costs a few pounds per ride – I can't quite remember the exact price. Restaurant: It's a French restaurant. The escargots were delicious, and the view was great."

"We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel."

"We recently stayed here as a family of four and found the superior room much smaller than expected. It felt quite cramped for a family, and the bathroom was also very small. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. The regular price is around £230 per night, which I don't think is good value. I booked it on a deal for £170, but even at that price, it still felt overpriced. Another disappointment was the air conditioning. Even when set to the lowest temperature (16°C), the room never became properly cold. On top of that, we were constantly disturbed by heavy footsteps from the room above, waking us up every couple of hours around 12am, 2am, 4am, and 6am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No fridge at the same time which other hotels cheaper have. We also had an issue with the toilet, which wouldn’t flush throughout our stay. This was a major inconvenience and should have been fixed promptly. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained. Overall, while the service and pool were good, the small room, tiny bathroom, ineffective air conditioning, noise issues, and high price made the stay disappointing."

"I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made."

"Only stayed 1 night because visiting relatives for a birthday party. Since my last visit there has been a transformation in the quality of the rooms. The receptionist ( a Hungarian lady ) was exceptionally kind in dealing with our requests."

"We were upgraded to a see view at an extra cost. It was good to see the sea. The twins beds were large and comfy. The shower was great also. The layout of both bedroom and bathroom was functional and comfortable."

"The staff services were very good and the air-conditioner in the room worked quite well in this hot summer although it was seen that some guests requested a fan in their rooms. The hotel is of 15-minute walk from the railway station or the beach. The breakfast was hot and freshly prepared but there were not many different types of food provided.
