"The hotel is well situated but unfortunately the room was absolutely stifling hot to the point it was almost unbearable. We were lucky to secure a fan from reception but when we turned it on the guard fell off, it could have been a disaster 😬. We were told it was the last fan available so felt sorry for anyone who may have been left without one. The radiator in the bathroom was boiling hot and could not be switched off which made the heat situation worse. The cleanliness was not the best. There was dried blood on the bathroom bin 🤢 and a strange blue mark in the bathtub. Reception seemed friendly enough but the £100 deposit on arrival seems a little excessive considering the room was very dated and a little grubby. I have stayed in many places and never had to put a deposit down before. Would I stay here again? Unless it was the middle of winter and I got a very good price probably not."

"Hotel was located in very decent and quiet location next to coastal ,Nice seaview and Yacht club .. but still convenience to city and Tesco in walking distance . The room is clean with good facilities of air conditioner and spacious car parks in their hotel area. They offered a good deal in car parking rate which is good for family for long stay in Swansea. Good and helpful customer service in front desk . Will visit again while I come to Swansea"

"I had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Swansea Hotel during my recent trip. The hotel, located waterfront area, is clean, modern, and conveniently close to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had very fast Wi-Fi, perfect for a short stay."

"Very decent value for a short stay. Meg , the receptionist , was outstanding and lovely. The only negative was a bit loose flush handle which we have reported to the reception."

"We booked this small blue building, close to the bar street, rich restaurants, a direct road from the train station can be walked for ten minutes. Press the walkie-talkie on the small door to the hotel on the side to register. The front desk enthusiastically asked if you want to live here, because breakfast is also here. After decisive replacement, the more amazing room, the retro decoration, should be the old castle renovation, very large and comfortable, the breakfast room is also super beautiful, the taste is great. What I especially like is that a boy named mike just joined the job to help me with my enthusiastic luggage, really too enthusiastic. The only bad thing is that we returned to the hotel late, because the place we went was so difficult to call the car, and we had called to explain. As a result, everything was pulled out of the room as soon as I came back."

"Very handy for Swansea city centre - a short walk to our concert in the arena and pubs, restaurants and clubs. The room could have done with a bit of tlc. But bed was really comfortable and the shower was good. Very friendly and helpful staff who responded immediately when we had trouble with our key card on arrival."

"A decent stay overall at Premier Inn Swansea North - comfortable, clean, and largely what you'd expect from the brand. However, the breakfast experience left something to be desired across our two-day visit, and it's worth flagging for anyone who plans to make it part of their stay. On the positive side, the continental breakfast offering was genuinely impressive in variety - plenty of pastries, cereals, fruits, and hot options available. The setup felt premium for a Premier Inn, and we appreciated the effort. That said, items frequently ran out and were not replenished promptly, which meant early risers had a notably better experience than those arriving mid-service. Our bigger concern was on the second morning. The scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and hash browns were all noticeably undercooked and we weren't alone in noticing. Several other guests raised the same issue, which suggests this wasn't an isolated incident but rather a broader lapse in kitchen standards that morning. This is a food safety concern and something the management should address urgently. We'd encourage the hotel to review its breakfast monitoring procedures  both for stock replenishment and, crucially, for ensuring food is cooked to a safe and satisfactory standard. It would be a shame for what could be a strong breakfast offering to be let down by operational inconsistencies. We'd consider returning, but improvements to the breakfast service are needed before we could recommend it with full confidence."

"Nice clean room with desk and hair dryer, iron etc. Breakfast is standard full English breakfast. Coffee machine makes a good cup of coffee or hot chocolate."

"There is no one of the most satisfying hotels in the UK! Highly recommended to everyone who goes to Swansea ～ The hotel is close to three cliffs bay in Swansea, a very beautiful forest trail opens in the big manor. Very old but the hardware is not old. The butler's service is super good. Our whole family has already sunset time. We gave one person a cup of English milk tea + small snacks for free. It really feels great after the long-distance drive (also the only one on the way). The breakfast the next day was also very good, from the environment to the dishes, no longer English full breakfast can also order some different, including the best Benedict eggs on this trip. Swansea itself is also worth visiting, three cliffs bay 5 minutes drive from the hotel, rhossili bay 30 minutes drive, very recommended ～"
